GENERAL INFORMATION & RULES

RENTAL UNITS: Check-in 2 pm. Check-out 11 am.

CAMPSITES: Check-in 12 pm. Check-out 11 am, excluding major holiday weekends.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph for your safety.

QUIET HOURS: 11 pm – 7 am. Should you arrive after dusk, a ranger will assist you in the morning. All guests under 18 must be at their site or under supervision during these hours.

GUEST VEHICLES: All guests of campers must register at Welcome Center. $5.00 per car fee applies.

SITES & PARKING: Only one RV and two regular vehicles are allowed per campsite (space allowing). Additional parking is available at both Lodges. Be sure your car tag is visible at all times while in the park.

CAMPSITE CLEANLINESS: All debris and garbage must be placed in the dumpsters provided.

PETS: All Pets must be on a leash (10' maximum) and cleaned up after.

SMOKING: No smoking in any building, including rentals.

FIRES: No ground fires allowed. Fire rings are provided on sites.

RV SEWER CONNECTIONS: Must have “donut gaskets.”

WI-FI: Wi-Fi available. Check with office for details.

MAIL: Outgoing mail should be placed in the mailbox near the entrance to park. Thousand Trails DOES NOT accept personal mail for anyone. Contact office for package instructions & prices

LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities are available at the E bathhouse and in front of Club House.

PROPANE: Propane Hours 11:30 am & 3:30 pm

UNATTENDED CAMPERS: You will not be allowed to leave your camper unattended overnight or you will incur a fee of $32.

POOL HOURS: As posted. Memorial Weekend through Labor Day.

RECREATION EQUIPMENT: Check out equipment at the Ranger Station or inquire at Welcome Center. You must have your membership card or Photo ID.

RV STORAGE: Information is available at the Welcome Center.

GOLF CARTS: Drivers must be licensed. Golf carts must be driven on established roads and parked in designated areas. Proof of Insurance is required. Golf Carts must be registered at the Welcome Center. A Yearly Permit is $25.

BIKES: NC Law requires helmets for minors.
