Campground Rules and Guidelines

1. Campsite Check-in time: NooN

Campsite Check-out time: NooN.

2. Cabin Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Cabin Check-out time: 11:00 am

3. Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am

4. All guests must be pre-registered.

5. Guest passes and extra vehicles for members are $5 per car per day.

6. All vehicles must have a valid parking pass displayed while parked ANYWHERE on property.

7. Up to 10 persons may occupy one campsite.

8. Only one camping vehicle and two tents allowed on one site. Three tents allowed when no camping vehicle is present.

9. Cutting firewood is prohibited. Bringing in firewood from outside of the preserve is prohibited.

10. No alcoholic beverages allowed off of your campsite.

11. No smoking in any of our buildings or pool area.

12. No attaching items to trees such as clotheslines, tie downs, etc.

13. Speed Limit: 5 mph on gravel, 15 mph on pavement.

14. Please park on the gravel site pad. No parking in the grass or outside designated areas. See map for designated parking areas.

15. Long term storage needs to be arranged in advance. Fee and contract required. Please register tow dollies/trailers with the office when not parked on campsite gravel pad.

16. Rig Washing $5.00. Purchase permit at the Camp Store.

17. Pool and Spa open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

18. No persons under the age of 6 allowed in Spa area. Children must be supervised. Children under 14 must have adult supervision at all times in the pool areas. Children under 18 must be supervised in the Spa. There are no life guards.

19. Children under 18 must have adult supervision and be at their campsites after dark. No riding bikes after dark.

20. Non-street licensed vehicles such as ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed.

21. We accept Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx.

22. There will be a $32 per night charge to any member who leaves rig unattended overnight.

23. A siren will sound in the case of a tornado. Our bathhouses in A and C Loop are available shelters.

24. Golf Cart Passes: $25/season. Must be able to show proof of Insurance. Drivers must have a valid Drivers License. Speed limit must be followed. No cruising during quiet hours. Headlights and taillights are required.

25. Honey Wagon Service available for a fee. Mondays & Thursdays. Please register at least one day in advance.

26. Recreation equipment may be checked out at the camp store using member card or driver’s license during store hours.

27. Clean up after your pet. Do not leave them outside unattended. Pets must be on a leash less than 10' at all times. Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets not allowed. Owner must be in control of their pets at all times.
