GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY

• Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

• All vehicles will be parked off the roadway, on your site only.

• Sewer hoses must have a tight rubber collar.

• Electric - 30 and 50 amp is standard on all sites.

• All RVs must set up in a manner acceptable to management.

• Friendly pets are allowed. 2 pets per site. Must be leashed at all times.

• No bulk propane tanks allowed.

• All space rentals are based on two occupants.

• Only one travel trailer, pick-up coach, motorhome or recreational vehicle per site.

• Golf carts are permitted. Licensed drivers only.

• The owners/management of Toby’s RV Resort of Arcadia absolve themselves from all liability of responsibility pertaining to loss by fire or theft, to any guest or any visitor.
