Most Common Violated Park Rules: It is your responsibility as the tenant to understand and comply with all of the rules in the community. Failure to do so can be costly, and ultimately result in the termination of your lease. Here are the most common violated rules. Please refer to your rental agreement for the full set of rules and regulations.
1 PETS Pets are NOT allowed, with the exception of those who have written permission from management. There are pet fees, deposits and restrictions related to having a pet in the community. You must ask permission FIRST before acquiring a pet or you may be required to remove the pet from the community. 2 PAYING RENT
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, no exceptions. PLEASE PUT YOUR LOT # on the physical check to ensure credit to your account. Late fees apply to any rent received after the 5th at 5:00 pm, or the 10th at 5:00 pm. however, landlord is not required to accept late rent.
3 STORAGE
We do NOT allow any storage of any kind around the home, on the porches, behind the home or elsewhere at anytime. Children’s toys, bikes ,etc, must be properly stored when not in use. Only outside patio type furniture is allowed on the porch— no kitchen tables, sofas, recliners ,etc. are allowed.
4 PARKING
There are areas in the community where parking is not allowed. Please pay attention to the signs and areas as towing is enforced 24/7.
5 CHILDREN/GUESTS
Must be accompanied by the lease holder at all times while in the common areas, amenity areas or laundry room. Tenants are responsible for their guests behavior while visiting.
6 CHANGES TO HOME
NO changes may be made to the outside of the home (siding, skirting, painting, steps, porches, awnings), or the LOT (landscaping, fences, flowers, gardens, sheds) without FIRST getting permission in writing from management.
7 MAINTAINING YARDS
All yards must have landscaping (lawns) and be kept weed free, and well maintained.
8 PARK- Please keep your pets off the grass in the park area, this is not to be used as their bathroom . Please make sure your children are supervised at all times and not kicking their balls into tenants homes or yards.
