RESERVATIONS: Advanced reservations are recommended. Reservations held until 6:00 pm only unless late arrival arrangements are made. A reservation does not guarantee a specific site.
SITE FEES: Rents are due and payable in advance at time of check-in.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 am. A later check-out time may be arranged at a nominal charge. If you plan on staying over, please come by the office and make arrangements prior to 9:00 am.
SITE ASSIGNMENT: Please do not change from assigned site without office approval.
PARKING: Please do not park on grass between concrete pads or on vacant sites. Extra vehicles, trailers, etc., may be parked in designated areas as directed by RV office. Additional charge may apply.
PETS: No more than 2 per site. All pets must be kept on a leash and walked in designated area only. At all times, pets must be kept under control, quiet, and cleaned up after. No pets are allowed to be tied or penned out, or left unattended and they must be kept inside at night. No pets allowed in tent area.
CHILDREN: Adults are responsible for the supervision and actions of children in their party as well as being financially liable for any damage they might cause.
REPAIR OF VEHICLES: Absolutely no repair of vehicles anywhere in RV Park.
SWIMMING POOL: No lifeguard on duty. Open seasonally from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Bathing suits only. No cutoffs or clothes. Children must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or over. All persons use pool at their own risk. Pool is for registered campers only. Absolutely no glass in pool area.
STORAGE VEHICLES: Cars, trucks, etc., will be charged an additional fee.

RV Park Rules
SPEED LIMIT: For your safety and protection, please observe a 10 MPH speed limit while operating motorized vehicles in park. No motorized or battery powered vehicles may be operated in the park by children.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Anything considered a nuisance to the peace and solitude of others will not be tolerated.
DAMAGE: Damage or destruction of any property will be paid for by the responsible party. Management is not responsible for damage, injury, theft or loss by accident or fire to either property or person of any guest.
TRASH: Please keep RV site clean at all times. Place trash in large refuse containers. Please don’t litter.
RECREATION EQUIPMENT AND USE: All facilities are used at your own risk. Children’s playground open during daylight hours only.
EMERGENCY: Dial 911 in the event of an emergency. Please report all nonemergency events to the RV office. For after hour customer service issues, please contact Post 2 at 972-647-3676.
LAUNDRY: No clotheslines permitted. Washers and dryers are located in the laundromat at the east end of the RV park office building.
GUESTS: Registered RV Park guests are responsible for their guests’ compliance with above rules.
VISITORS of park guests must check in with office first to get a visitors pass and directions on where to park.
TRADERS VILLAGE reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Any right granted to overnight visitors in the RV Park is through a revocable license, which may be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease.
