We Hope That You Have A Great Time In Our Resort And Make Many Happy Memories.
•All visitors and service personnel must stop at the office upon entering the resort.
•A gate code is needed to open gate; check in at office upon arrival.
•Site rent is based on 2 person occupancy. Guests are always welcome. A daily fee of $5.00 will be charged for each overnight guest.
•Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.
•The swimming pool and spa have no lifeguard on duty. So, swim at your own risk.
•No smoking, pets or glass allowed in the pool/spa area.
•Pets are not allowed in or around any of the buildings.
•All rent fees are payable at time of arrival. There will be a late fee charged after the fifth day of non-payment.
•The laundry building is open 24 hours. Individual clotheslines are not permitted at your site. Racks attached to RVs are allowed for swimwear only.
•Quiet times within the resort are from 10:00pm - 7:00am.
•Pets are welcome but must follow pet rules. Pet leashes required on pets at all times. Owners must pick up after their pets. Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated.
•Fences, kennels or any kind of enclosure for pets must be approved by management.
•Keep your pets from relieving themselves on any site (occupied or not) or resort plants.
•Wood-burning fires are not permitted but you may have propane fire pits.
•All posted rules and facility guidelines must be followed.
•The use of firearms, including BB guns, bows and arrows, slingshots, etc., is prohibited.
•Speed limits are posted in each individual resort. Please follow them.
•Wilder, LLC and/or Resort Management and/or its employees are not responsible for loss of property or injury due to fire, theft, accident, Mother Nature or any other cause. To protect your RV it is recommended that you have a surge protector at the electrical panel.
