RULES & REGULATIONS

• CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: For campsites check in is 12 noon and check out is 11am. For cabins, check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.

• SPEED LIMIT: is 10MPH in any type of vehicle. All drivers must be at least 16 years old and have valid drivers license, including golf cart drivers.

• BOAT, TRAILER, EXTRA VEHICLE PARKING: Do not park trailers or boats on your site. You may park your boat, storage trailer or extra vehicles in storage lots beside lodge.

• NO 4 WHEELERS, UTVs OR DIRT BIKES MAY BE DRIVEN IN THE PARK: Gas or electric golf carts are allowed.

• PETS: Pets must be on a leash at ALL times, and you must clean up after them. They cannot be tied outside unattended.

• QUIET TIME HOURS: Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am.

• SWIMMING POOL: Everyone must obey posted pool rules. Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. ALL guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No alcoholic beverages, food or soda at the pool.

• TRASH: Dumpsters are located by the exit. Please dispose of pet droppings in designated cans or dumpsters (not in buildings). Dispose of campsite or cabin trash in dumpsters, not in bath houses or public areas. Do not burn trash in fire pits.

• CAMPFIRES: Please be aware that we are often under a fire ban due to very dry conditions. Fires are to be contained and never left unattended. Please be sure all fires are extinguished before retiring for the evening. Burn bans will be posted at office.

• COMMON AREAS: No smoking in any park buildings. No obnoxious are offensive activity shall be allowed in any area of the park including the campsite. NO public display of alcohol. Excessive use of alcohol, underage drinking or illegal use of drugs will not be tolerated and may result in prosecution. Anyone 12 and under should be under adult supervision at all times.

• MISCELLANEOUS: Please do not leave anyone under 16 unattended in the lodge, Wi-Fi lounge, pool or at the lake! NO FIREWORKS IN PARK! Anyone who willfully or negligently destroys or defaces the property of another camper or campground property will be held liable for full value of replacement cost.

• WEAPONS: For the safety of all individuals, members and guests may not carry outside their vehicle or use any rifle, pistol, air gun, bow and arrow, slingshot, handgun or other form of deadly weapon anywhere on the campground. Members may not hunt on the campground and all firearms must remain unloaded while in the park.

• EMERGENCIES: Please call 911 for emergencies and notify guest services so we can direct emergency vehicles to your site. It is very important to know your site number when you call us. We have sections A-F, with repeating numbers, so we need the letter and number. Turn on emergency flashers so first responders can find you quickly.

• STORM INFORMATION: We close the pool for thunderstorms in summer. Should a tornado warning affect our area, please seek reasonable accommodations for yourself. Bath houses and lodge are unlocked for additional shelter.

The campground manager and staff shall have the authority to interpret and enforce these rules. Failure to observe or follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership, or exclusion from this park.
