Thousand Trails Mount Vernon Sewer Site Process & Rules

No one is to enter a sewer site without checking in at the WELCOME CENTER. We maintain a list of who is in one, when they are due out and who is going into the site next and for how long. In the spirit of “first come, first serve” the list is made up by the first person to ask for the next available sewer site. If you are in a sewer site you must LEAVE BY 11AM ON THE DATE YOU ARE DUE OUT. There are no exceptions to this. If you need to extend your stay, you may do so if you have the days available but you must move to another site. Again, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS. IF YOU ARE NOT OUT OF THE SITE BY 11AM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE AND WILL BE UNABLE TO RESERVE A SEWER SITE UPON YOUR NEXT VISIT. THIS PROCESS TAKES FULL COOPERATION BY ALL. If you are going into a sewer site, YOU MUST BE IN THAT SITE WITH YOUR RV BY 1PM on the day you are due into the site. The site will be released to the next person if you are not in the site by 1PM. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

MOUNT VERNON THOUSAND TRAILS.

SATELLITE DISH cords should not cross any roads, trails, or other campers’ campsites. They present a tripping hazard in the dark. Please remove cords, etc., when the groundskeepers are weed-eating and mowing around your campsite.
