Old Chatham RV Campground
Here at Old Chatham, we want to make sure your stay with us is enjoyable and peaceful. We have set certain standards not to constrain you, but to protect you. So please, rest and relax, and enjoy the amenities our park has to offer.
SAFETY
Management is very concerned about the safety of your children in our park: Children do not walk dogs. Children should wear helmets when riding their bikes. Bikes are to be home by dark. Absolutely no children are to be left at the park without adult supervision. Parents must be with small children at the playground. Please no playing on the main roads. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ON THEIR SITE BY 10:00 PM.
QUIET TIME
Quiet must be maintained between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not play any loud music, television or otherwise create noise at a level that unreasonably interferes with other residents’ right to quiet enjoyment of their homes and home sites.
TRASH PICK UP
Trash will be picked up mornings between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM only in front of your site, NO TRASH PICK UP ON RAINY DAYS; all bags must be tied. Household garbage only. Please do not leave trash out overnight, to avoid attracting wild animals. If leaving early, please put your bagged trash in the barrels located near any of our Bathhouses.
FIRES
NO OPEN FIRES. Fires must be contained with store bought covered free standing fireplaces only and kept small. Please do not transport wood, please buy locally to prevent beetle contamination. You will not be allowed to keep this privilege if this rule is not followed.
SPEED LIMIT
MAXIMUM Speed limit within the park is 10 mph and is strictly enforced. You will lose driving privileges in the park if you speed.
PETS
Proof of current shots must be provided. When outdoors, pets must be leashed (maximum leash length 6 feet) at all times and supervised by an adult. Children are not allowed to walk pets, for safety reasons. Noisy or aggressive pets are not allowed at the park. You must immediately clean up, bag and properly dispose of your pet’s droppings.
POOL
Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. PLEASE NO TOYS (LIFE VESTS, RAFTS, TUBES, ETC.) IN THE POOL. ARM FLOATIES ARE ALLOWED. NO HORSEPLAY AND NO DIVING! NO GLASS BOTTLES IN POOL AREA. All children under 16 years old must be with an adult. During lighting storms the pool will be closed until it passes.
GENERAL
• All buildings and pool deck are no smoking areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
• Underage drinking and smoking will not be tolerated.
• Be considerate of your neighbors; do not walk across anyone’s site but your own.
• Fireworks, guns, B-B guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, etc. are absolutely forbidden.
All registered guests and visitors of Old Chatham RV Campground must agree to abide by these rules. The camper who registers for the campsite is responsible for making sure that all members of their party know and have agreed to abide by these rules. Anyone not adhering to them may be asked to leave the park.

CHECK IN: 12:00 PM • CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM
Anyone not checked out by 1:00 PM will be charged ½ the current rate for that night, and anyone not checked out by 6:00 PM will be charged the full overnight fee.
