RULES

CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00pm for RV sites and 3:00pm for Rentals.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00pm.

RV SITES: No site saving. 1 RV and 2 vehicles per site. All must fit within the confines of the site. No tarps or canopies. Voltage boosters are prohibited. Please park in uniform manner. Please, no mats on grass areas. RVs may NOT be left overnight without preserve permission. Unattended rig fee is $32 per night. Monthly stays are non refundable.

POOL AND SPA: Hours 9:00am - 9:00pm. Children under age 12 must be supervised by an adult. Children 5 and under are not recommended in spa.

BICYCLES: CA state law requires a helmet for anyone under 18 riding a bicycle, scooter, skateboard, or roller skates.

BLACK TANK FLUSH: Due to Health Codes, you may not be continually hooked up to our water supply.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for their actions, behavior and safety. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION: Dial 911 or contact resort staff. If unable to call for help, honk your horn!

FIRES: No wood or ground fires. Propane, charcoal and presto logs are permitted in raised fire pits.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS: Pre-register all guests. On arrival, they must register at Ranger Station.

PETS: Pets must be on leash at all times and never left unattended. Pets are not allowed in buildings or pool area except certified service animals. Clean up immediately after your pet. Dog waste bags are available at the Ranger Station. All RV sites and some rental cabins are pet friendly.

PRIVACY: Respect the rights and privacy of other campers. Use roadways and walkways instead of walking through others’ sites.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00pm to 8:00pm.

SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside any building, pool area, rental unit or within 80 feet of any building.

SPEED LIMIT:

5 MPH - FIVE MILES PER HOUR!

VEHICLES: All vehicles must have valid

Driver’s License, registration and insurance.

**All vehicles must display check-in car tag.**

WATER USAGE: All RVs and vehicles may be washed by approved vendors only.

BUSINESS SERVICES: Fax, print, or copy in Administration Office during normal business hours for a nominal fee.

INTERNET: Plans available for purchase for Wi-Fi at your site. Complimentary Wi-Fi at Lodges.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Located at restroom buildings A, B, and C. Mobile App and WASH card operated.

ICE: Sold at Ranger Station

PROPANE: See Ranger Station. Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am to 11:00am.

PACKAGES: Packages may be sent to the Resort. Include your name, site #, and the Resort address in label. Guests are notified on the message board when available for pick up in the Recreation Lodge. UPS, FED-EX and Amazon will deliver packages directly to your site if a site number is provided on address label.

Package Fees: Under 5 lbs. - $5. 5 lbs. to 20 lbs. - $10. Over 20 lbs. - $20

TELEPHONES: Public pay phone is at poolside.
