• CHECKING IN: Check-in is at the Welcome Center at 12 PM. Please check in with our staff to match the size of your rig with available sites and to provide you with important documents. Giving out any gate codes is a violation of our policies.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: 11 AM. Please return all site tags and hang tags to the drop box located at the Welcome Center.
• QUIET TIME: 10 PM to 7 AM.
• EMERGENCIES: CALL 911! Turn on headlights and honk horn for assistance.
• NON-911 EMERGENCIES: Call the on-duty emergency staff member at 530-388-8750, or contact a staff member directly.
• GENERAL INFORMATION AND HELP: Call our check-in desk at 530-389-8241.
• GUEST MESSAGES: Emergency messages are delivered immediately. Incoming non-emergency messages can be picked up at the Welcome Center or Office.
• SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH. This includes bicycles, skateboards, scooters, OHV/UTV and quads.
• OFF ROAD VEHICLES must be registered at the Welcome Center.
• ALCOHOL: Drunk and/or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
• ATTACHMENTS: Please do not attach anything (e.g. tents, awnings, clotheslines, hammocks, satellite dishes) to trees or resort fixtures.
• TV/SATELLITE RECEPTION: Reception is extremely fuzzy for regular aerial antennas.
• PETS must be leashed at all times and may not be unattended. Pets are prohibited from the swimming pool and preserve buildings. Please pick up after your pet.
• PROPANE: Available for purchase at the Welcome Center.
• LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities are next to Housekeeping.
• HONEYWAGON: Honeywagon service is available during the summer season. Sign-up at the Welcome Center at least one day in advance. Emergency pumps are defined as non-scheduled or signed up on the day of the pump. There is a maximum of 13 pick ups a day, so sign up early!
• SANITARY DUMP STATION: Please see the map on the other side of this sheet for locations.
• FIRE DANGER: WOOD FIRES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT CAMPSITES. THIS IS A HIGH FIRE ENDANGERED PARK!
• GARBAGE DUMPSTERS: Large 4 yard dumpsters are located near each camping area. Please keep lids secured. The bears will open the dumpsters if left unsecured. If the dumpster is full, please contact the Ranger for the nearest empty location.
• BEARS: Snowflower is in bear country, so they may be seen around the preserve. Please do not create nuisance bears. DO NOT leave out food items, coolers, etc. Make sure the dumpster lids are closed securely. If you see a bear, stand tall, make lots of noise, and alert the staff. Remember — A fed bear is a dead bear. Thank you for helping to keep us and the bears safe.
• Only two non-camping vehicles are allowed per site.
• Day Use is for Members only. No public Day Use is allowed.
• Removing your camping vehicle without notifying the ranger may forfeit your site.
• ANY AND ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TRAILERS MUST BE PARKED IN OVERFLOW PARKING AT ALL TIMES:

» Side by Side
» Motorcycle
» Boat
» Utility Trailers
» Cargo
» Any other trailer that you are towing behind you.
• During peak periods of electrical use, we may experience low voltage. Please help us conserve energy by making sure power is off when not in use or unnecessary. This includes additional awning lights, heaters, air conditioners, etc. Also, please only use one air conditioner at a time.
• WATER CONSERVATION IS A MUST AT SNOWFLOWER.
• We operate our own water treatment plant. Please use water carefully: Do not waste water. No washing of vehicles is permitted at any time. No watering the road.
• WATER PRESSURE: Water pressure regulators are required, due to high water pressure. Pressure must be 100 pounds plus.
