COURTEOUS CAMPER

To make our campground a fun place to be for you and your fellow members, there are a few rules for courteous camping which we have summarized below. Please refer to our member handbook for a more complete and detailed set of the rules which apply to the use of your membership.

CHECK-IN TIME: Campsites: 12 noon. Rental Units: 4:00 pm

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am.

HONEY RUNS: Free on Monday and Thursday. Please sign up at General Store the day before. Any other time is considered an emergency pump out and charge is $30.00.

SINK AND SHOWER DRAINAGE: MA state regulations require that sink and shower water be accumulated in a container and dumped at the dump station. No water to drain on the ground.

VIOLATION POLICY: If a valid written complaint is received by another guest or staff member, a warning will be given. If the situation is not rectified immediately, the guest will be asked to leave.

VEHICLES: Only two vehicles per site. Other vehicles may be kept in parking areas located throughout the resort. $5.00 each additional car. No ATVs allowed. You are not allowed to operate a motor vehicle or golf cart and consume alcohol. It is against the law.

VISITORS: Members are limited to one guest family per member family; maximum of 8 people per site. Visitors must register and receive a car pass.

QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. All minors (less than 18) must be accompanied by a parent during these hours.

CAMP FIRES: Use designated areas only. Do not move fire pits.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN: Children are to be supervised at all times. Children less than 18 years of age may not be left at the resort without responsible adult supervision (18 years or older).

PETS: Pets must be kept on a leash. No pets are permitted in buildings, pavilions, pool and playground areas. Pets must accompany the owner when leaving a campsite or trailer. Please clean up after your pets.

BICYCLES: Please ride during daylight hours only. Bikers must wear helmets. For the safety of the riders and members, please do not ride after dark. Mini-bikes, motor bikes and trail bikes are prohibited.

SPEED LIMIT: Please observe the 5 miles per hour speed. One violation will be a warning. The second will require you to park your vehicle at the main building and walk throughout the park for the remainder of the day.

WALKING THROUGH SITES: Please don’t walk across other occupied sites. An occupied site is another member’s “home.”

ELECTRIC CORDS: DO NOT RUN ACROSS ROADWAYS OR WALKWAYS.

CLOTHESLINES: Not permitted as they can cause serious injury. No hammocks tied to trees.

PICNIC TABLES: Do not remove from one site to another.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: No power tools or equipment, including chain saws, are permitted.

RECREATION RULES: Please observe all swimming, boating, whirlpool and recreation equipment rules. Copies of the rules are available in the camp store. No glass containers are permitted in swim areas. Children 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older who knows how to swim. No diapers in the lake.

TRASH: Dumpsters have been placed throughout the Resort for your convenience. Please use them.

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR: Please respect your fellow campers and all the staff. Disorderly conduct is grounds for termination of your agreement and you will be asked to leave.
