No high powered Tools or Equipment, including chainsaws, are permitted. Trash: Please take your trash to the dumpster. There is no trash pickup. Do not leave cigarette butts, food wrappers, or bottle caps on the ground or in the fire ring. Excessive cleaning fees will be assessed for campsite litter. Recycle bin is located by dumpster nearest to the main clubhouse. Vehicles must be parked completely on your campsite and not on any unoccupied neighboring sites. Only two vehicles are permitted per campsite. A fee will be charged for additional vehicles which must be parked in designated areas. Please do not walk through campsites. An occupied site is another members ‘”home ... Please remind your Guests and Children to use the roadways. Following these basic rules of respectful camping will make everyone’s visit to Williamsburg RV & Camping Resort a more memorable and pleasant experience. A complete list of rules is posted near the Registration desk in the main lobby.

Guests: Notify Registration in advance of any Guests you are expecting. A per day guest vehicle fee will apply. The Ranger will open the gate for your Guests and direct them to the main building to register their vehicle. Please DO NOT give out your gate code. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and under the quiet control of their owner. Pets are not permitted inside buildings, in the pavilion or pool areas, on the mini·golf course, or on the playgrounds. Pets may not be tied up and left unattended. Please clean up after your pet. Picnic Tables are not to be moved from one site to another. Smoking: No smoking in public buildings or restrooms. All rental units are designated as non-smoking. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Even during non-quiet hours, keep in mind that sounds, including voices, carry outdoors. TVs and radios should be audible on your campsite only. Use of car stereos and amplified speakers is not permitted. Children are to be supervised at all times. Children under 18 years of age may not be left at the Resort without responsible adult supervision (18 years or older). Between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., all youth under the age of 18 must be at their own campsite or under the direct supervision of a parent or parent-designated adult.

To make Williamsburg RV & Camping Resort a fun place to be for you and your fellow members, the following are a few rules for courteous camping. Please remember when hooking up your sewer line to hook it up to the line with the yellow cap. We are located in James City County. Neighboring counties include York, Gloucester, King and Queen, New Kent, Charles City and Surry. Golf carts must be registered at check-in and have a current sticker and proof of insurance. There will be a $1.00 per day electric fee. Bicycles may be ridden during daylight hours only. For the safety of the riders and others, please do not ride after dark. Mini bikes, motor bikes, and children’s motorized riding toys are prohibited. Campsites must be occupied every night of the reservation. Rental Units: Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 am. Clotheslines are not permitted as they can cause serious injury. Nothing may be tied or attached to trees, bushes or buildings, including clotheslines, lights, and tie downs. Exception: Hammocks may be tied to trees during daylight hours. Electric cords may not be run across roadways.
