Venture In RV Resort Guidelines – We’re Pet Friendly & Age Qualified

These Guidelines have been chosen for your security and the pleasant atmosphere of Resort Living… Check Out – 11 AM Check In – 2 PM

After Hours – Reservations after hours are located in Kiosk after gate entry. Additional Information is posted on the Office Door – Office Hours M-F 9-4 PM

No Check In after dark. No Refunds On Rents Or Early Check Out

REGISTRATION & FEES – Please register upon arrival prior to parking in a site. The entire stay must be paid for at the time of arrival. Site rent is based on 2 people per site and includes water, sewer, trash, 50 amp service, and the use of all open resort facilities. All sites are reserved, and there is NO “choosing” your own site upon arrival. For guests staying one month or longer, there is a monthly charge for your metered electric and internet. See the Office for additional information. If you would like to extend your stay, please notify the office in advance to check site availability. Copies, name tags and faxing are available at the office. Resort Emergency Contact is 928-537-4443 fax # 928-537-8764. Wi-Fi Hotspots are available in Fitness Room, Ballroom and Library.

SPEED LIMIT – 15 miles per hour! Please stop at all Stop Signs in the resort. Pedestrians and Cyclists have the right of way.

GUESTS – Extra guests are charged $2.00 per night per person. A 14-day guest limit for guests under the age of 40 applies to one month stays or longer. For stays less than one month, no guests under the age of 40 are allowed to stay overnight. Visiting during the day is permitted. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the fitness center, billiards room, card rooms, bocce ball court or shuffleboard courts.

PET POLICY – PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE PET

OWNER We have a Pet Park available for your pets entertainment, sun up to sundown. There is a walking path around the exterior fence of the park, and pet waste bags are supplied around the park. Please pick up after your pet, be courteous, and don’t walk your pet in occupied sites, around the resort buildings or common areas. We do not allow aggressive breeds & 2 pets are allowed per site.

SMOKING POLICY – ARIZONA STATE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING IN RESORT BUILDINGS, OR WITHIN 20 FT FROM A BUILDING DOORWAY OR OPEN WINDOW.

QUIET HOURS – 10 PM to 8 AM IN COMMON AREAS. Please refrain from walking through other occupied sites.

PARKING - Please park your vehicle on your site only. ELECTRIC – Minimum Service Charge of $105/hr for an electric repair call will be charged if an Electrician is called for an issue that is deemed your fault or the problem is in your rig. Electrician must be called by our office, and vetted to work on this property. MP Electric is our contracted vendor. No other vendors will be paid by Venture In for any service.

RECREATIONAL RESORT FACILITIES – The buildings, restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are open posted hours. Please be sure to start your last laundry load 2 hours prior to closing to avoid being locked out. Scheduling of all activities using resort facilities must be coordinated with the Activities Director. Badges are required for all activity participants.

AQUATIC CENTER – Free Access to City of Show Low’s Facilities are provided by the Resort. Please inquire at Office for more Information and badges.

GARBAGE – Please place all garbage, securely tied in plastic bags, inside the dumpsters located within the dumpster location. Please place only household trash in the containers and nothing outside the containers.

NO CAMPFIRES ARE ALLOWED BY CITY CODEPROPANE BBQS CAN BE USED AT INDIVIDUAL SITES. ALL SEWER CONNECTIONS MUST BE VAPOR SEALED TO SITE SEWER CONNECTIONS. NO TENTS ARE ALLOWED. ALL UNITS MUST BE SELF CONTAINED NO WOOD OR CHARCOAL BURNING ALLOWED.

Management reserves the right to enforce these guidelines and to make changes to them at any time. See the office for a complete copy of all the Rules and Regulations for Venture In. A copy of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act is on file in the office for your review during business hours. Management reserves the right to restrict the use of facilities as to hours, purpose and contact. Management shall not be responsible for any loss due to natural disaster, fire, accident or theft to guests or their property and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management reserves the right to approve or reject the type, size and appearance of all RVs and Park Models. No Refunds on rents or early check out.
