GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: 11 am.
• QUIET TIME: 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Please follow the Golden Rule. If you notice or are experiencing a disturbance, PLEASE call the after hours number at 402-954-0525.
• SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph at all times. Strictly enforced.
• ABSOLUTELY no driving over or parking on grass anywhere on the campground. No MATS on the grass.
• CHILDREN must be supervised by parents at all times. Small children must be accompanied by an adult in restrooms, laundry room and the store.
• PLAYGROUND opens 30 minutes after the store opens until dusk. No pets allowed. Jumping on our Jump Pillow requires a waiver to be signed; please see our office to fill one out. Play at your own risk.
• POOL: There isn’t a LIFEGUARD on DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please read the rules posted in the pool area. Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. No FOOD/DRINK allowed in the Pool.
• SITES: Please keep your site clean of paper, garbage, etc. No repairs or oil changes at site. No Generators. No washing RV or vehicle(s).
• DRAIN HOSES must be connected securely to the sewer with approved devices.
• TRASH: Please place your trash in a garbage bag at the end of your site. We will pick it up and dispose of it between the hours of 8 to 11 am. The dumpsters are located on the NE corner of the shop. Please dispose of your garbage there. DO NOT leave garbage out overnight as we don’t want wildlife in or around the campground.
• CABINS are Smoke Free. There is plenty of outdoor area for smoking, butts go in the trash, not on the ground or in a fire pit. A $250.00 cleaning fee may be assessed for violation.
• ABSOLUTELY no cooking in cabins unless you have a kitchen available for you to use.
• ADDITIONAL PARKING SITES/CABINS: One car only at each site. If you have an extra car, please check with the office for extra space availability and pay fee.
• NO TENTS on RV sites or cabin areas.
• FIRE: In Fire Pits only.
• PETS: We follow the KOA Campgrounds pet policy. Pets are a part of your family, and are welcome as such. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive are not permitted. If your dog is aggressive you will be asked to leave without a refund. Please do not leave your dog unattended outdoors or tie your dog to our water faucets, electric pedestals or landscaping. Do keep your dog on a leash at all times, under adult supervision, and clean up after it. Do keep your pet out of the restrooms, store, pool area, playground and from barking for long periods of time. Pets are not to be left unattended in Cabins. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND.
• VISITORS (of registered guests) are permitted as long as they follow our guidelines. They are required to register and pay a fee at our Office.
• DAMAGES: The cost of damages that are caused by you, your guest(s), children, pets or vehicles will be charged to your credit card. The amount will be assessed by Management.
• LAUNDRY/SHOWER HOUSE: Open 24 hours.
• SURVEILLANCE: This campground is under video surveillance … So SMILE!
• PARKING: Because of the size of our park we are very limited with having extra parking. We only allow 1 vehicle per site. If you have more than 1 vehicle coming with you, there is a daily fee ($) and only if extra parking is available.
• CABIN/RV/TENT SITE(S): ONLY 1 vehicle allowed per site.
General
• DO NOT WALK THRU SITES. Please respect other campers and their sites. Walk on the road or walking paths only.
• Absolutely No Dumping of anything other than human waste in the sewer.
• Campground Emergencies that may occur after our office is closed, Please Call 402-954-0525.
• Dial 911 for Police, Fire or Ambulance Emergencies.
• Management, at its discretion, has the right to refuse service to anyone. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Failure to comply with the rules of The West Omaha / NE Lincoln KOA or engaging in unlawful or offensive activity may result in dismissal from the campground without a refund.
