POLICIES & GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY

• Office Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday: Hours Vary (Check with Resort Office)

Sunday: Closed

• Check-in/out Time: Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am

If you would like to request to stay longer, please contact the Resort Office as soon as possible (no later than 10:00 am). Late Check-out Fee: $30. This fee extends check-out by 15 minutes and you are still required to check-out by 11:15 am.

• Sites: All guests and residents are expected to maintain their site in a clean and neat manner. Enclosed and Open Trailers must be parked in storage (for a fee). No Commercial Type Vehicles allowed on sites and no Horse Trailers allowed on property.

• Changing Sites: Please do not move sites until you contact the Resort Office for approval.

• Annual Residents are required to pass a background and credit check, without exception. Transient and Seasonal Guests may stay up to a maximum of 6 months. Visitors are limited to a maximum of 14 days.

• Visitors: Anyone having visitors that stay overnight will be charged $6.00 per day per visitor. All visitors must sign in at the Resort Office.

• All children under 16 years of age: Must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the entire property including pools, playground, lounge buildings, pavilion, bike riding and your personal site.

• Mail Procedures: Only Annual Residents may receive mail and packages. Transient & Seasonal Guests may receive packages only (no mail or forwarding mail). After Transient & Seasonal guests are checked-out, any packages received will be returned to sender. Winter Garden RV Resort is not a designated mail facility. Do not use the Resort name on any forwarding or mailing. It is the Annual Resident’s responsibility to ensure we have a forwarding address prior to leaving. If not, mail will be returned to the sender. Mail will be forwarded for Annuals for up to 30 days. There will be a fee of $5.00 per package for all Annual Residents, Transient and Seasonal Guests. • Sewer Connections: Florida State Law requires “donuts” to connect to sewer line.

• Fire Ants: Yes, THEY BITE! Be cautious while walking in the grass.

• Storage Area: A Storage Agreement is required for all storage. Valid insurance, vehicle/trailer registration, and a driver’s license are required for a Storage Agreement. Only the owner of the property may complete a Storage Agreement.

• Storage on Site: No utility trailers, NO TENTS, boats, open trailers, etc., are allowed to be kept on your site. If you need a storage space (at extra cost), please come to the Resort Office. No indoor furniture or appliances allowed outside on camping site. Screen houses permitted. MUST BE SEE THROUGH ON ALL SIDES.

• Laundry: Washers and Dryers are available in the laundry room. NO CLOTHESLINES OR GARMENTS MAY BE HUNG OUTSIDE. Washers and dryers accept debit/credit cards.

• Pools: Operating Hours: 9:00 am to 30 minutes prior to dusk. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Proper conduct and clean bathing attire are required. All guests must shower before entering the pools. No children under 16 allowed without adult supervision. The pool will close when thunder is heard and will not reopen until it is safe to do so. The Handicap Lift is not a toy.

• Speed Limit: The speed limit is 10 mph. If you are caught driving more than the speed limit, you will be asked to vacate the premises.

• Golf Cart Drivers: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. No ATVs or off-road vehicles allowed. Must follow all posted traffic road signs. Do not go the wrong way on the one way streets.

• Pets: NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ALLOWED. No dogs over 55 pounds. 2 PET MAXIMUM. This includes House cats. All pets are to be on a leash no longer than 6 feet! Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside. All guests must pick up after their pets. No pets are permitted in buildings or pool areas.

• Acts of vandalism or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will be handled swiftly within the full extent of the law including immediate expulsion from the resort.

• Campfires: Campfires are allowed as long as the device is not sitting directly on the ground and must have a dome over the top. The resort will enforce any official fire bans enforced by local government.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am

• Conduct: Vulgar language, nudity and intoxicated behavior are prohibited. Respect your neighbors. To avoid injury or damage, do not walk or drive across another site.

• Lot Enhancement: Home improvements or homesite exterior modifications must be submitted and approved using a modification form before any work commences. Modification forms may be obtained from the Resort Office and must be submitted for written approval by management.

• Parking: Standard/Premium: Maximum 2 vehicles per site (depending on the size of the site). Value Sites (up to 28 ft) include one vehicle; narrow site may not exceed 28 feet. Encroaching on your neighbor or blocking a roadway is not allowed. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in any public building, all pool areas, and all bathhouses. Please use the designated smoking areas for smoking.

• Garbage: All garbage must be tied in bags, boxes flattened and placed in the dumpsters.

• Go to www.wintergardenrv.com for Current Rates, Cancellation Policy, Annual Payment Policy, No Shows, Water/Electric. Please refer to Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service and will not be responsible for damage to rigs, accidents, or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry, and/or valuables of any kind.

• Winter Garden and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages you may receive due to power outages, electrical down time, spikes or lightning issues. Therefore, we strongly recommend and encourage the use of surge protectors between your RV and the power supply. Make sure the breaker is in the “off” position when plugging in your RV to avoid damage.

• Cable Television: Service to your site is complimentary, nonupgradeable and provided as an appreciation to all our guests. For our longer-term guests wanting direct connected internet or phone service at their site, call Spectrum for pricing.
