• Speed Limit: 10 mph (enforced). This is for the safety of all of our residents and guests. Remember, we have many people out on foot or on bicycles, as well as children playing. Please use extreme caution when driving through our Resort.
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am.
• Check-In Time: 12:00 pm.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Please do not run generators during these hours.
• Campfires: Campfires are not allowed.
• Pet Guidelines: Your pet must be kept on a leash, no longer than 4 feet, at all times while they are outside. (This includes cats.) Pets may be walked on any street or grassy area in front of the Resort, but may not be walked on any sites whether they are occupied or not. Each resident is responsible for cleaning and disposing of the waste of their own pet as well as their guests’ pet. Pets are not allowed in any of our Resorts’ buildings or facilities. Please control any unnecessary or excessive barking and be considerate of other guests in our Resort. Consistently noisy pets which impede upon the peaceful enjoyment of the other guests will not be allowed to remain in the Resort. No aggressive dog breeds are allowed. All pets must be current with shots.
• Trash and Garbage: Garbage cans attract unwanted wildlife and pests and are not allowed on any site. Dumpsters (small) are provided and are located in the RV Storage area. Therefore, we ask that you please break down your cardboard boxes. Please remove all trash to dumpsters before you check out.
• County Sewer Connection Code: Connection to the sewer requires the use of a sewer donut or sewer elbow.
• Brass Fittings: All the water faucets at RV sites have brass fittings to prevent backflow and are required by the Florida Health Department. Please do not remove them!
• Occupancy: The rate is for two (2) adults only per unit. If you have additional people in your unit, the charge is $5.00 per night (after 2 weeks) for each person over the age of 2 years of age.
• Guests: Overnight guests must be registered in the Office.
• Washers and Dryers: Are available in the laundry rooms. Please clean out tubs and filters after each use. No clotheslines are permitted. You may use a temporary line for beach towels and swimwear only. Do not hang line from trees.
• Swimming Pool/Hot Tub: These facilities are available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm for the use of registered guests only, seven days per week. An adult in the pool area must attend all children less than 18 years of age at all times. Swim at your own risk. No Lifeguards are on staff. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. No diapers or cut-offs allowed in pool. All children not potty trained must wear “swimmies.” A resident or paying guest must accompany all their guests. Please contact Office if you plan on having over 3 guests at a time. Do not enter the pool with open wounds or band-aids.
• Internet Service: We offer free wireless service in the clubhouse. For internet service on your site, please stop by the Office for information on our internet provider.
• Florida Statutes: Tenants must be in compliance with Chapter 513 and Chapter 83, Florida Statutes, in accordance with the duration of their tenancy.
