Rules & Policies:
Speed Limit: 5 mph at all times throughout the campground. Strictly Enforced One-way road directions must be obeyed. Traffic violators are subject to removal from the park.
Visitor Policy: Guests are welcome to have visitors at their site. However, if a visitor wishes to utilize any amenity or participate in any activity then a Day Pass MUST be purchased at the Ranger Station. Guests are responsible for their visitors and failure to follow this policy will result in additional charges being added to your account and/or up to expulsion from the park.
Parking: Site escorts are provided during business hours as a courtesy. Park staff is not responsible for parking, leveling, hooking up or ensuring that your RV is not damaged while parking. Do not park on the grass! All vehicles must be parked in your site and on the gravel. No parking in empty sites. Additional parking at the Ranger Station if needed.
Garbage: Please do not leave your trash out over night. Place it in the dumpster or we will provide trash pick-up from 10-4. Placing trash outside the dumpster may result in fines and up to expulsion. Household bagged trash only. No dumping of appliances, mattresses, batteries, motor oil or other hazardous material, or other large items. The county landfill is located 3 miles away off Hwy 78.
Pets: At West Georgia Jellystone Park™ we love our animals. However, pets must be leashed at all times when outside your RV per County Ordinance and for the safety of other guests and the other park animals. Pets may never be left unattended outside. No fencing, runs, or staking is allowed at your site. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Aggressive behavior from any pet may result in that pet being asked to leave the park. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET, failure to do so may result in fines or expulsion from the park.
Pool: The pool is open seasonally and hours are subject to change. Management reserves the right to close the pool at any time for any reason. Check with the ranger station for current pool hours. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children under 18 Must be accompanied by an adult. No smoking, vaping, or tobacco of any kind, no glass bottles, no pets are permitted. Food and drinks allowed 5 ft. or more away from pool. Swim diapers are required per Georgia law for ages 3 and under or anyone not potty trained.
Firewood: In compliance with the USDA & Georgia Forestry Commission it is illegal to bring in firewood from another state due to the devastation of transporting destructive foreign pests. Only locally purchased firewood is permitted inside the park. Firewood can be purchased inside the Ranger Station for a reasonable fee.
Fire Rings & Grills: No burning or storing of trash in fire rings or grills. No unattended fires. Do not move fire rings from their designated location.
Not Permitted: No gas-powered motorized carts, No smoking in the cabins or park buildings (fines will apply), No fireworks or the open carry of firearms, No parking on the grass or empty sites, No loud music from your site or vehicle, No drunken or disorderly conduct. Use of illegal substances will result in immediate expulsion from the park. No refunds for expulsion. Conduct: No obscenities, offensive language, or other disruptive behavior or activities allowed in the park. Management reserves the right to determine these actions. Remember we are a family friendly park and want everyone to enjoy their stay.
Sites: All sites are maintained to the best of our ability and we strive to ensure that they are as level as possible. However, all gravel sites will inherently be unlevel to some degree. It is your responsibility to know how to operate, level, and maintain your RV. The park and its staff will be not responsible for leveling your RV or the inability for your RV to get level. All efforts will be made to accommodate any site change requests, but this will be at management’s discretion and park needs.

By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Bremen (“CampResort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me. I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort. Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.
