• CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES: CAMPSITES 3:00 pm / 1:00 pm. For Check-Out after 1:00 pm please make arrangements with the office by 11:00 am. Early Arrival and Late Departure Fees ($) apply. • CAMPERS and their GUESTS/VISITORS must register at the office and pay a fee upon arrival. Day guests will need to leave the campground by 10:00 pm. Please re-register before 11:00 am. • ALL VEHICLES must display a valid camp pass, which is to be hung from the mirror in the center of the front windshield. The four digit gate code is on back of car pass(camp pass) The speed limits as posted must be observed throughout the campground. These are the most important policies and they are strictly enforced. • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES may be consumed at your campsite only. Do not carry alcoholic beverages to the public areas of the campground. (Exceptions may be made by management for special occasions.) • WASHING OF TRAILERS OR VEHICLES is prohibited. • SEWER CONNECTIONS: Seals must be used on ALL sewer connections. Dumping of gray, sink or black water onto the ground is prohibited by Oklahoma State Law. Use the dumping stations for trailers and porta-potties. Pump out service available ($). • DO NOT wash clothing or dishes in the restrooms. • YOUNG CHILDREN under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the restrooms, laundry, lake, and all recreation areas. Children must be at their site by 10:30 pm on weekends and 9:30 pm mid-week. • Only one camping unit per site. Limit of eight people per site. • CAMP FIRES: Keep fires small and in fire rings. DO NOT leave them UNATTENDED. Extinguish them before retiring. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS! • Use of FIREWORKS and FIREARMS is PROHIBITED. • No cutting or chopping of any standing tree, dead or alive. No defacing or damaging trees with knives, nails, axes or saws. Firewood can be purchased at the store. All electric or gas powered saws are prohibited. • MOTORBIKES of any kind are prohibited. No riding bicycles after dark.

• Tables must be returned to proper location upon departure. • No inflatable or plastic pools are allowed. • TWO CARS PER CAMPSITE. All others must park in visitor’s lot and display a valid camp pass. • QUIET HOURS begin at 11:00 pm and extend until 8:00 am on weekends and holidays. Quiet hours during the week begin at 10:00 pm. All campers must observe quiet hours by regulating their activities so that others will not be disturbed. • We reserve the right to evict anyone violating the rules of good camping, destroying property, or creating a disturbance— WITHOUT REFUND.
Lake Swimming Rules • Beach hours are 10:00 am to dusk. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. It is strictly “SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.” • Swimming Lake is for use by registered campers and registered guests only. Please obey rules as posted. Failure to comply with these rules will result in loss of privileges.

All pets must be on a leash at all times. • NO pets permitted in playgrounds, beach area, pavilion, laundry room, restrooms, or other buildings. • Barking dogs will not be tolerated. By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort in Mannford (“Camp-Resort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me. I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to CampResort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort. Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking swimming or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.
