


GENERAL: No refunds for early departure. If you would like to extend your stay, let the office know as soon as possible. If your site is reserved after your stay, you will have to change sites. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be courteous of your neighbors. Site fees must be paid on or before your renewal. If they are not paid before 11:00 a.m., your credit card will be charged the full daily space rent. Please display your car tag properly in your vehicle. Children must be supervised at all times.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: No more than one camping unit per site. Sewer hoses on extended stay RVs should be raised off the ground. RV repairs are strictly prohibited, except for manager accepted vendors. Sewer connections must be screwed into the sewer connection. RV must be well maintained and in excellent overall condition. Moving to another site and repositioning rigs must be approved by management.
PERSONAL VEHICLES: SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH — strictly enforced. Please be aware of children, pets, wildlife, and speed bumps. No offroad vehicles are to be driven inside the park. Washing of RVs, cars, and trucks is permitted with a fee payable at the office. No more than 2 (two) personal vehicles per site. Never park in an empty site. Drive only on the roadways and never through a site. Any vehicle noise is to be kept to a minimum. Motorized bikes, motorcycles, or ATVs within the park are prohibited. Any type of motorized vehicle must have a valid license plate on it, and current registration is required at the time of registration.
PETS: Pets are welcome to run in the Bark Park, but do not let them bark or cry, and do not leave them unattended at your site. All pets must be registered in the office. Please clean up after your pet. You will be issued the rules, and compliance is mandatory. Cats are pets too, and the rules apply to them as well. All animals must be on a leash at all times except in the dog park.
SMOKING is not permitted in any cabins, buildings, or within 20 feet from any building entrance.
MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES: Off-site vendors are permitted to bring in their own water. No maintenance work on vehicles in the park is permitted, with the exception of emergency repairs. All vehicles must be fully operational. Vehicles remaining in their site beyond their registered time frame are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
TRASH: Please put all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the resort.
LAUNDRY: The Laundry Rooms are available 24-hours. Quarters and detergent are available at the office.
BEHAVIOR: Rude, loud, disruptive, or aggressive language or behavior is not permitted anywhere in the park at any time of the day or night. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund.
EXTRA VEHICLES: Do not park extra vehicles in any site other than your registered site. If they do not fit on your site, ask the office for an alternate location. If your extra vehicle does not fit into your site w/out crowding other sites please use the overflow parking at the clubhouse.
BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS & SCOOTERS are permitted with helmets. Be aware of hills.
These policies are in place to give everyone a happy camping experience! Failure to follow the guidelines may result in your removal from the park without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
CAMPFIRES: Small campfires are permitted. Campfires must be in the provided fire ring. You may bring a fire pit, but please call in advance to confirm it is an approved style. Campfires must not be more than 3 feet high at any time, including when you are starting the fire. Guest service may put out your fire if you fail to comply with this rule. No wood gathering is permitted in the campground.
EXCEPTIONS: We sell wood at the office and can deliver it to your site. A responsible adult must attend campfires at all times. Do not leave a child to watch the fire. Campfires must be completely extinguished prior to retiring for the evening. Use water and stir into the ashes. PLEASE BE SAFE!
SITES: Sites must be clean and free of debris. Tents are only permitted on tent sites. Tents are not permitted on RV sites, cabins, or yurt sites, including using them for storage. No temporary or portable pools allowed on any site. Only outdoor furniture is allowed on a site and must be kept to a minimum. No bounce houses, drones, or remotecontrol cars are permitted — No sleeping in private vehicles. Water provided at the site is for standard use only. Water is not for recreational use. Fire pits are in a specific location on your site that has been approved by the fire department. DO NOT MOVE. Do NOT walk through occupied sites. No clotheslines are allowed. There are two laundries in the resort for your use.
VISITORS: Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guests at all times. Overnight guests must be registered at the office, obtain a car tag and pay a guest fee. Permission to use the facilities must be obtained in the office. All visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. Please notify the office if you are expecting a guest. Guests must register in the office before entering the park. Overnight guests may not cause the number of people to exceed the number allowed on a site.
EMERGENCY & SAFETY: Dial 911. If time allows, please call the office to alert the staff so they may escort the emergency personnel to your site. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call 559-236-3170 or 559-236-3171 (24-hours a day). All guests must have a current contact number and valid credit card on file in the office. No use of firearms, BB guns, or fireworks is allowed. No smoking is allowed.
