Compare personal values and principles in HSC and compare them with principles of support in health care Within HSC, there are different patients to whom the care worker renders quality services so that they can provide quality services and attention to the pateints. However, patients in HSC possess different personal values and principles which is influenced and affected by the principles of support within HSC sector (Mary, 2011). There are different personnel rendering services within the HSC sector that mainly includes care worker, specialist, professionals as well as consultants that provide quality services to the patients so that they can easily recover from the illness. An individual's personal value that is hope, faith, anti-discrimination, respect, privacy etc. must be taken into consideration by the care worker so that they can easily carry out their task and activities in the setting (Speed and Gabe, 2013). For instance; service provider within HSC mainly focuses on attending the patients that suffers from non-infectious diseases as compare to infectious diseases. But the principles of support in HSC mainly focus on respecting all the patients who suffer from various diseases. How personal and culture and experience influence own role in supporting the service users and organization & Current legislation and policies and changes to personal values can impact on work in HSC Working as a care worker in the care home and hospital individual's own personal, cultural values and past experiences influence their working and activities in the HSC setting (Hurst and Patterson, 2014). It can be said that past experience of care worker also support them in rendering services to different disease patients as they have the experience to handle that particular patients. For instance; while serving the patient who is being diagnosed with the HIV disease, care worker would not disclose their identity to any other person as disclosing the identity in the past working days will result in enabling negative environment at the workplace. Patients will not be able to communicate with them as they are aware that particular patient is diagnosed with the HIV/AIDS and through talking the virus can be transmitted to them (Collins, 2009). Another example include that whether good or bad experience in the past it would support and affect their services that is being provided to service users that is in the previous HSC organization patient do not follow the instructions that are provided by the care worker that lead to arise fed up situation for the care worker that often result in affecting their services that they provide to the service users.
