For instance; while serving the patient who is being diagnosed with the HIV disease, care worker would not disclose their identity to any other person as disclosing the identity in the past working days will result in enabling negative environment at the workplace. Patients will not be able to communicate with them as they are aware that particular patient is diagnosed with the HIV/AIDS and through talking the virus can be transmitted to them (Collins, 2009). Another example include that whether good or bad experience in the past it would support and affect their services that is being provided to service users that is in the previous HSC organization patient do not follow the instructions that are provided by the care worker that lead to arise fed up situation for the care worker that often result in affecting their services that they provide to the service users.
