This event will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

Where do I find the zoom link for the event I have registered for?
There are various ways you can check for your event link:
Check your confirmation ticket sent to your email
Check your emails on the day of the event, Onlinevents team send out 2 emails just before the event starts so the email is at the top of your inbox
Email our help team at help@onlinevents co uk and let them know you cannot find the zoom link
What does my Self-Select fee ticket give me access to?
Your self-selct fee gives you access to the LIVE event only. If you would like access to the recording you will need to choose the recording ticket. If you have an active membership, you will automaticaly have access to recordings
Who can I contact if I am having some difficulties during the event?
Onlinevents team are all on hand to support you during the event.
If you are in the Zoom room, look for OE TEAM in the attendee list and send a direct message to them
Email help@onlinevents.co.uk if you cannot get into the Zoom room or you have left and cannot get back in
Will I get a CPD certificate for attending LIVE?
Yes, a short time after the event ends, you will be sent a link to download your CPD certificate from the event.
Do I get sent handouts from the event?
If the presenter offers to share any handouts or presentation files, you will be sent these via email after the event.
Do I need to pay for a recording ticket if I already have a current Onlinevents CPD Libray membership?
No, if you have an active membership, you will have access to all events we record and add to Onlinevents CPD Library.
How do I know if an event is recorded?
Most of the events are recorded, however there are some presenters who do not give their permission to record.
To find out if an event is recorded, click the link on the registration page and go to Tickets If there is a recording ticket listed then the event will be recorded.
Can I attend events without my camera on?
Yes, at most events, you are welcome to attend the event without your camera on.
In some cases, the presenter will request that all attendees have their cameras on. If this is the case, this will be stated in the event details.
