Welcome Happy 5th Anniversary to On Our Doorstep Baldock! May seemed to fly by in a blur. The rollercoaster of British weather kept us guessing every day, we were crossing our fingers for more of that brilliant sunshine while reaching for the umbrella in case of a sudden downpour. The fabulous Baldock Beer Festival kicked off the month with impressive crowds defying the chilly weekend. It felt as though the entire town turned out for the occasion, sampling craft beers and ciders, singing along to the live music that filled the tent. The 36th Baldock Festival was as popular as ever this year. Congratulations to everyone who got involved and played their part in making the festival such a success. The variety of shows and activities was amazing, there really was something for everyone, whether you joined in with the High Street Zumba takeover or just had a stroll to admire the fantastic Classic Car Show. We would like to say a massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you who has sent in photos for our monthly gallery. It is one of the highlights of putting the magazine together and such a joy to see what everyone has been up to through out the month, so please continue to share your images with us. Even better we'd love to hear from more of you with things you'd like to see featured. Are you organising a charity event, started a new activity, or do you have a killer

cupcake recipe that the world needs to know about? Get in touch with your ideas and we can help bring them to life! Best of luck to all the youngsters out there that are getting ready to tackle exam season, it's a tough few weeks but they bring you one step closer to that dream job (and a few steps closer to that long summer break) so knuckle down and give it your all. We are always pleased to hear that so many of you use our advertisers and find new businesses via the pages of this very magazine. The advertisers keep this magazine going which is one of the reasons that it's so valuable to continue supporting local businesses and services and when you do, remember to let them know that you spotted them in the mag! Enjoy your June

BALDOCK BOYS GO CLOSE TO CUP GLORY! Baldock Town Youth Under-10s came so close to bringing silverware back to the town from two different loca ons on the same day – but both the Templars and the Lancers teams came up just short despite pu ng up a great fight. Over the course of the season, the Lancers lads had ba led through to the Royston Crow League's Calvert Trophy final, where they met Stevenage Borough Juniors Hurricanes at The Bury. A er being treated like professionals with a team coach to take the players and their families to Bun ngford, the boys played their hearts out but eventually went down 4-3 in a thrilling final.

The Templars took part in the Ha ers Cup six-a-side tournament at Luton Town's Kenilworth Road stadium. The lads were unbeaten in five matches as they finished top of their group ahead of local rivals Stevenage Borough Whites – the only team to hold them to a draw – before overcoming Wixams Wanderers Yellows by a solitary goal in the quarterfinal. Stoke Hammond Youth, who had just won their last-eight e in an amazing penalty shoot-out that finished 23-22, proved a step too far in the semi-final, bea ng the Baldock boys 2-0. The 2018-19 season has seen all 27 boys who represent the Under-10s'

across three teams really develop their game, with the emphasis on fun and enjoying their football at all mes. The opportunity to watch them play, along with all of the town's young players from Under-7s to Under-13s, comes on the weekend of June 22nd and 23rd at Knights Templar School field when the Baldock Town Youth FC summer five-a-side tournament takes place. Entry is £2, which includes a programme, with food and drink available along with a rac ons including a speed of shot game and giant inflatable football dart board for visitors to try their luck, as well as children's play zone. BTYFC look forward to welcoming anyone keen to support their local club between 9.30am and 4pm on both days. Any volunteers who may be able to help over the weekend, even if only for an hour or two, are invited to contact Kerry Thrower via kerrythrower@hotmail.co.uk

Baldock Town FC won the Premier Division Cup by bea ng Po on 0-4 Captain Lewis Barker led his team out on 4th May for what was going to be an epic victory. The weather was throwing everything it could at the pitch, one minute hailstones and rain, the next, bright warm sunshine and strong winds. It took 8 minutes for the ex To enham and Sheffield Wednesday player - Charlie Hayford to get on the score sheet. He was followed in the 12 minute by Kieran Barnes. Keeper Adam Harpur was only troubled a couple of mes, Po on hi ng the post and Adam also scrambling some class saves. Then just before half me the Biggleswade Town loanee Robbie Buchanan scored his goal meaning that Baldock Town were 0-3 up at the half me whistle. With Alex Coppin on for an injured Robbie Buchanan, then on went Daril Ngwala replacing Harry Holland, it was then Kieran Barnes who hammered home a 4th goal and the final nail in the coffin for Po on. Even Louis Lee, the seasoned former player made an appearance, swapping places with the

outstanding Stephen Brooks in the defence. It was an ecsta c team who li ed the cup and Lewis Barker posed for a photo with his mascot Joe Rowe. A great way for the team to end the season.

Grounds Day at Sandon JMI The last few weeks have been really busy. Year 2 and Year 6 have finished their SATs and we are all looking forward to doing lots of outdoor learning now that the warmer weather has arrived. We had a fantas c turn out on Saturday 4th May for Grounds Day. The many helpers cleared the old beds, redistributed the plants and also built four brand new raised beds. The new raised beds will provide opportuni es for the whole school to grow fruit, vegetables, flowers and herbs. A whole class will be able to garden at once and this will help the children with lots of cross-curricular learning. The willow dome got a haircut, the covered way area was swept and died, the water bu was reposi oned, Recep on shed was painted and many cups of tea and coffee and bacon rolls were made and consumed. Huge thanks to all who helped with this

project. Thank you to James Hodge at Cumberlow Green who provided the soil and to the Cannon Family for sourcing and paying for some of the sleepers. We are so grateful for all the contribu ons our families make to this school, however large or small, thank you! We hope some people from the local village will also be willing to come and help us with our gardening ventures as we really want to grow produce for the community to enjoy. If you are interested in helping with our garden please contact the school office. When school finishes in July we will be ge ng our playground resurfaced and further exercise machines installed. We are able to fund this because we have been lucky enough to obtain a grant from the 'sugar tax'. Please join us for our summer market and table top sale on Saturday 15th June. Emma McGill - Headteacher

Friends of Baldock Green Spaces We are just 2 shy of a hundred recorded volunteers.... So join us 2nd Sunday in June and you might be our 100th! No prizes to be awarded. But you will have got us over the line. Make a difference and join us! A few details from last Sundays ac vi es in Weston Hills. We had 18 volunteers clocking up approx 57 hours. We did have, including Michael of the CMS, 6 new volunteers join us this week. That makes the total of people we have recorded as a ending up to 98. The tasks we completed were: 1: Path clearance. 2: Li er picking 3: Some hawthorn and dogwood scrub clearance in the cow field 4: Checking the fencing around both animal enclosures.

A Grand Day O Don't you just love a random day off work for no good reason? There are normally two things that happen when I have a day off, I've either planned a million things to do by making myself immensely busy; possibly phoning u li es to be er my financial posi on (we all know how that goes), maybe I'd take myself off somewhere, some random beach or perhaps London. Or I have absolutely nothing planned and do just that. Nothing. If that nothing is complemented by the release of a new book, then I am in heaven. Easter weekend was taken up in such a way… A new book, and a ton of revision for my exams at the start of June was planned. When this is printed, I will be a few days from si ng those exams (EEK!). The planned revision did not go well. Why? Well because of the new book of course. It arrived the day before Good Friday. It was there on my doorstep when I arrived home from work. I know I'm sad, but I was so excited, I'd waited eighteen months for this book. Its part of a series that I've been reading for years. This book was a monster, it was huge and heavy. I knew that the moment I opened it I would be absorbed into its world, there was no way I would re-surface from the pages of dark things and sinister characters un l my hero had won the day by vanquishing the evil doers. I managed to leave it unopened on my coffee table for all of an hour before I succumbed to its calling and four days later I emerged; exhausted from a combina on of the drama and pace of the said tome and lack of sleep from not being able to put the damn thing down at one in the morning. The only disappointment is that

I now have to wait another Eighteen months for new fix. Last week saw another random day off. This me I had nothing planned but I was restless, I didn't want to waste the day on housework, I do quite enough of that thank you very much. So, I resolved to have a Me day. Now, for some that means a Spa day or a bit of pampering, nails and stuff like that. I'm not that sort of gal, I don't do make up or nails or massages, perhaps I should on occasion but it has never really appealed. As I didn't take myself off somewhere beachy or city like either, this par cular Me day went something like this; He y the Hoover died about a month ago. My youngest killed her, I think it was the shock of being handled by him that did it, that and the shear amount of work the poor lass had to do. I think she died of a combina on of fright and glu ony (think Se7en). She has been unceremoniously plonked in my front garden by the bins ever since. Time for her to fulfil her des ny and go to the recycling centre (or the dump, as us commoners call it) I loaded her and some other random items in the car and headed for the dump. I love the dump. I know it can be a li le stressy trying to navigate all the different rules and regula ons of the place, what goes where and what not but there is something so cathar c about having a good clear out. I always leave the dump smiling. Actually, if you have to go, as you're wai ng in the queue to go in, watch the people as they come out, they all seem to be smiling too, so it's not just me. This was followed by a run (and a new

FREE One-Time absolutely free service for new customers

personal best I might add) then a long luxurious bath. I then decided I would smarten myself up a bit go get a coffee. I've been meaning to try the new one in Baldock for some me, I expect its not that new now, I'm way behind the mes. I like eclec c places, you know the type, mis-matched chairs and tables, odd bits of stuff around, books, funny looking lamps that sort of thing. I'm not a fan of your Costalots and Manybucks, they are far too sterile and always seem full of people, kids crying and throwing tantrums, pre-packaged food and plas c cups. I was not disappointed; this place was just perfect. It was busy, full of people, but it didn't feel that way. Yummy mummies where cha ng away and the kids were, well, I don't really know what they were doing, because I didn't hear them. A couple were having a business mee ng just over the next table, waitresses were buzzing about. The lay out of the place allowed for a feeling of cosiness, and the décor was enough to keep me interested when the lure of people watching was unavailable. The cake was nummy. I don't care if it was homemade or not, it didn't look or taste like it came from a factory, so I was happy, and the back ground music was just right. I don't want my ears tortured by Taylor Swi or whatever the latest wailing wannbe is. I want to sit in peace, people watch and chill for a bit. This place was just right. Only downside? I couldn't see copy of On Our Doorstep to mooch through. There's a similar place in Letchworth that sells alcohol, so it has the edge, but only just. I rounded off my Me day by walking the dogs up the hills, watching Spring instead of people and again enjoying the peace the place brings to me while the dogs sniff about and find other dogs to play with as we pass.

Baldock Gardens By Graham Tapp

June 2019 Here we are halfway through the year, so far an unusual year, in that we have some extraordinary things going on. I have customers coming in enquiring as to why their seeds are not germinating, and the list is seemingly endless; it includes, tomatoes, carrots, parsnips, peas and sweet peas, even broad beans. It is usually easy to find out what the problem is and how or what is causing it when they bring them in to be looked at by my staff or me, over watering is the number one cause, followed by over-rich compost, not warm enough or too dry, or a matter of merely following the instructions on the packet. This year we seem to have something else happening which relates to nothing mentioned before. We usually are talking of a germination range of 85 % to 100% as good and mostly talking of 30% through to 50% as poor, but this year we are talking of zero % to 10 % mostly zero %. I have looked at just about every possibility I can think of but so far not a clue from any of the customer's samples, and research establishment's don't seem to be able to pinpoint whatever it is either. Now something strange that I have never seen before, trees in my apple and pear plantation are not behaving themselves, and they are all on dwarfing rootstocks have been planted out three years and had very modest crops for their age up to this point. They have made very little extension growth since being planted and were looking to be well under control during pruning this winter there seemed

to be lots of fruit bud showing as opposed to vegetive buds, and I pruned them according to there variety. As spring progressed, the fruit buds appeared to swell and go into a healthy mouse ear stage. It became self-evident from that point onwards that something had gone wrong, seriously wrong as we were getting no green bud or pink bud stage and consequently no open flowers. Each one had turned to vegetive production; this would usually happen when you have had high cropping the year before or through several years of poor pruning causing the tree to go into biennial bearing ( cropping every other year). Neither of these can be attributed as the cause. Most likely the reason is the previous season's weather when we had a very prolonged scorching hot season followed by a very mild winter with not many days of cold. I will have to check on the growth continuously to make sure that the trees don't overextend so some summer pruning along with some tying down of significant limbs. Summer pruning of fruit trees is usually kept to apple varieties because stone fruits will suffer from bacterial canker that will infect after pruning. The latest time to prune stone fruit is up until petal drop and the time that the tree has developed a full leaf canopy and no later as transpiration from the leaves will create a negative pressure within the tree

Fill in gaps in bedding plant areas, use the large pot grown bedding plants they will be the same size as the ones you have in the border, so wont look out of place. Use planted pots to cover and fill gaps where early shrubs and perennial plants have flowered and gone It will be safe by the second week of June to plant out tender vegetables, Toms, courgette, marrows, runner beans etc. Don’t forget your not the only one who likes to feed from your garden, protect from birds, slugs snails

causing infections to be drawn in through the cut. The Idea behind the summer pruning of apple trees is generally to enable as much light and air into the canopy as you can so that the fruit will ripen properly. This time the reason will be to allow the fruit bud to mature through August to late October. Also, it will be to keep the tree from growing too many verticle branches called water shoots being developed. These can grow anything up to two metres in one season and will cause lots of unwanted shade within the tree, stopping the vegetive buds maturing into fruit buds. Water shoots should be ripped out and never cut out as there are bands of adventitious buds to be found around the base of the stalk, these will readily regrow more shoots if not removed, and that is done when you rip the water shoot out rather than using something like sharp secateurs.

Roses are giving their best at this time of year so give them a feed, a little at a time through to the end of July, this will help them keep going a bit longer than they would. If you do your garden housekeeping as you go around i.e. deadheading weeding etc. it wont become a chore. Spring bulbs you deadheaded in April can now be chopped down to give a tidier look to the garden. Lastly stand back on your hoe and enjoy your award winning garden. PS, How were your early strawberries ? JUNE

Baldock Rotary Club were pleased to invite two members of the Garden House Hospice Care team to give a talk about the care centre to Rotary members at a recent lunch. Anne Johnston and Lyndsay Abbot, ambassadors for GHHC, spoke about the extensive support services which are available at the centre and now extend to family and child support. Their mo o of 'started, serviced and sustained by the community' is very much in keeping with the values of Rotary and the support it offers to the community. Baldock Rotary Club were delighted to make a presenta on of £500 to GHHC and be able to contribute to sustaining the care centre which so effec vely supports the local community. Anne and Lyndsay were keen to point out that the respite care offered is not about 'going there to die', in fact far from it. An extensive range of services and support are

provided including 'in pa ent' care, home care, day services and family support. GHHC need to raise over £3 million in total income every year so that they can run these support services and the hospice relies heavily on the support of volunteers to help run the care centre. I Reached f the Mn, and I Grabbed it! Victoria Jopp from Baldock talks to OnOur-Doorstep about her Slimming World Journey and recent Moon Walk Marathon success to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer. Dear On-Our-Doorstep, It has certainly been a journey, and at mes in my life has felt like a ba le, but I finally feel I have control of my weight and I'm now fi er and healthier than ever! From my late teens I have struggled with my weight. I truly love food and as I got older I found it increasingly difficult to balance ea ng without gaining inches and pounds. Pounds that turned into stones! Over the years I tried many 'diets' and would always lose some weight as all diets do work, but these are quick fixes and as soon as I stopped whatever the latest horrible regime was, I always regained the weight and was pu ng on more than I had lost. It was miserable. I was feeling very uncomfortable, unhealthy and definitely very unhappy. I have a degenera ve back problem and knew that being overweight was not helping me at all, I was in pain and it made it almost impossible to exercise.

28

JUNE

Something needed to change. I decided to go along to Slimming World, a er all I had tried everything else, and I was so pleased I did. This didn't feel like a diet, there was so much to eat and it was all just normal food that I loved. I loved the fact that by making simple swaps I would be much healthier and as a bonus the weight was dropping off too.

Slimming World's Food Op mising Plan is so easy to follow and I really did not feel as if I was giving anything up and I was never hungry either, bonus! Sandra Lloyd runs the groups in Baldock

and I a end every Wednesday. The group is really key, we all mo vate each other, share ideas and ps and have a lot of fun too. So far I have lost 2 stones. This has had a huge impact on my health and also my self-confidence. I love all the recipe books, and my favourite is one called 'Take 5', it shows you how to make tasty meals with just five ingredients. Its simple and quick, which is perfect for me as I am a selfemployed Beau cian and o en work long days. I walk everyday with my dog Buddy and he has been my perfect training partner in the lead up to the 26.2 mile London Moon Walk in May. I can't believe I did it. I am stronger, leaner and fi er than I have been in many, many years. I feel amazing. If you want to make changes my advice is just 'get started', small steps are fine, and don't be afraid to get help by joining a group like Slimming World, as support is just as important to your success as what is on your plate. Reach for the Moon, you will surprise yourself I know it! Victoria x

Depressi & Chinese Medicine Depression is a mood disorder, characterised by the persistent feeling of sadness, lack of mo va on and interest. We all may have experienced some of those feelings at mes. Rela onship problems, death in the family, loss of job and any stressful or life changing event can trigger symptoms of depression. Women may suffer from post natal depression and 4% of teenagers and children are reported feeling anxious or depressed. The list can go on. While sadness is perfectly normal response to difficul es that are some mes part of life it can become a health issue when persists and starts to affect our func oning in daily life. It can also cause other symptoms such as insomnia, redness, lack of appe te or even physical pains and aches in our bodies. Severe depression should be monitored by specialist and some mes pharmacological support may be a life changing solu on.

In Chinese Medicine depression is considered a symptom not a disease itself. The causes may vary greatly. It is very o en connected with the weakening of the Essence of Kidneys, but other organs imbalances contribute or overlap with corresponding symptoms. In general it is a ributed to deficiency in our energy system. We are o en overworked, overs mulated and the most common thing we miss is rest. In clinical prac ce 80% of pa ents I see display symptoms of weakness or exhaus on on energe cal level. In such cases strengthening the energy (called 'qi') of the pa ent is necessary. Our Spirit is rooted in Blood. That is why we experience emo onal symptoms when the energe cal quality of our blood is compromised. Strenuous exercise, lack of good night sleep, poor diet, overwork will weaken the Blood. Women are sta s cally twice as likely as men to develop depression. The loss of Kidney Essence and Blood during

childbirth can cause some women to experience postnatal depression. When you give life it comes from your vital energy. Hence in China a young mother is not supposed to do anything else but to rest while all the family care for her, for first 40 days a er labour. This allows her to regain strength and rebuild the abundance of her own Blood supply so she can con nue effec vely care for growing baby. Depression can also be a sign of energy stagna on. In such case the Liver organ and corresponding channel needs to be treated. If the symptoms of depression appear more in anxiety and phobias the Heart is most probably affected. In all specific cases the acupuncturist will need a detailed informa on from pa ent to create a diagnosis that can help to treat he problem at its root. If the root of disease is 'cut' the branches 'wither' on its own. The acupuncture can be of great help when dealing with depression because the treatment is tailored to each pa ent individually yet respects the general pa ern of disharmony of substances and differen a on of diseases. The children at Weston Way Nursery School recently took part in an Usborne Book fundraiser. They had to record for how long and how o en they listen to books being read to them over the space of a week. The children then had to gather sponsorship from family and friends. We are very proud and impressed with the following: The children listened in total for 4,501 minutes. The final amount raised was £600, Usborne donated an extra 60% in free books of our choice. So we had the magnificent sum of £960 to spend on Usborne Books! The winner of the most minutes listed

to was Ben with a brilliant 357 minutes. The children were asked to submit a photograph of themselves reading in 'The most unusual place' The winner was Jemima who had a photograph taken reading with her pony. Both of the winners had a special cer ficate and a book of their choice. We now have to find a place to put all the books!!

St Marys Infants The children had a wonderful me when The Educa on Group came to visit St Mary's and every class took part in a dance workshop. It was great to see everyone joining in to fantas c music. We are hoping to invite them back in soon! The PTA have been very busy pain ng our gazebo for 'Ice Cream Fridays' and ge ng ready for Bingo Night held at the Junior School on Friday 17th May. As the summer term gets well under way we are busy making prepara ons for Grounds Week, PTA Summer Fair, Sport's Day, school trips and transi on visits. The school will have an Open Evening on Thursday 11th July 4.30-6.00pm. Senior Pet Screening The average life span of dogs and cats has increased over the last decade and Vet Surgeons and Nurses are now more aware of certain condi ons that occur more commonly in elderly animals that nega vely affect the quality of life of your furry friend. These include high blood pressure, endrocrine diseases (Diabetes, Cushing's disease, Hyperthyroidism in cats), Kidney failure, tumours, Osteoarthtri s, Dental decay, Heart disease, Demen a and so on. As a general rule, the earlier a problem is iden fied, the earlier an adequate treatment can be started and the be er the outcome can be for your pet. Most pets have an yearly check up at the me of their Vaccina on, but some mes a disease can progress very quickly, so having an addi onal checkup a er 6 months can be very helpful to iden fy a problem before it's too late.

In example a pet with high blood pressure does not show any sign un l the kidneys, the eyes and/or the brain are irreversibly damaged, so if he/she is then taken to the Vets when it is already blind or in Kidney failure there is not much to do to restore the eyes or the Kidneys. You might think that your dog or cat is just slowing down because he/she's "ge ng old", but maybe he/she has some joint pain, or Hypothyroidism or Diabetes. Your Vet or Veterinary Nurse will be happy to have a chat with you, ask a few ques ons about the wellbeing of your pet, and have a good check-up, measure the blood pressure and see if other tests are needed. In conclusion, our take-home message is: you can make the difference to the quality of life of your elderly dog or cat. Pay extra a en on to his/her daily rou ne and ensure regular check-ups at your Veterinary prac ce. In this way your furry friend can live a longer and be er life! 40 Years & Counting The Wyndham Centre was opened, by Alison Wyndham, in her own home in 1979 a er the birth of her first daughter. At the me she was a very conven onal physiotherapist and when the second daughter came along in 1982 she moved the clinic to a converted stable at the bo om of the garden to give her daughter a bedroom! In 1980 Alison became interested in complementary health and qualified in acupuncture at the Centre for the Study of Complementary Medicine. Here Alison trained under Dr George Lewith, one of the first doctors in the country to be invited to China to learn about acupuncture as an efficient method of pain control. Alison's interest in complementary medicine grew, especially in rela on to food sensi vi es and nutri on and in 1982 she qualified in clinical ecology and went on to qualify in Vega tes ng, a revolu onary test to detect food sensi vi es and general health based on biological energy. At that me it was very difficult to find alterna ve foods when on a restricted diet so the only way was to open a health food shop to be able to help her pa ents. She looked around for premises and in 1986, a er a lot of searching and then refurbishment, Alison opened The Wyndham Centre in Pinnocks Lane and Good Living, a health food shop specialising in providing foods for those with food sensi vi es. Good Living was a real help to many of our pa ents for many years but in 2002 we realised that it was not sustainable because Tesco and other supermarkets were star ng to add 'Free From' foods to their shelves that we couldn't compete with, price wise.

In 1989 Alison decided to open another physiotherapy business in London where she took over a physiotherapy prac ce in Saffron Hill in EC1. Then the following year doctors at the Blossoms Inn Medical Centre asked Alison to open a prac ce within their premises as they recognised her exper se in physiotherapy. In 1998 the company that owned the building in Saffron Hill wanted it back for their own use, so the clinic moved to a beau ful especially designed clinic in Ha on Garden. Here we put physiotherapy and mul disciplined complementary therapies in a sympathe cally designed and a rac ve environment at High Street level. In 2001 The Wyndham Centre expanded with two more sites; Cavendish Square a going concern, which was mainly a physiotherapy prac ce, but we soon moved to Upper Wimpole Street to offer allergy tes ng and vega tes ng, reflexology, hypnotherapy, herbal medicine, nutri on, and chiropody and podiatry. Wyndham Centre in Fleet Street has kept its name, it is no longer owned by Alison. So from 5 centres we were back to just the 1 – Alison's original baby – in 2011. So The Wyndham Centre in Baldock now specialises in providing pain relief via a range of orthodox and complementary treatments. Our approach recognises that every individual responds differently to treatments and we work with each pa ent not only to find the best solu on to their par cular problem, but also to teach them how to avoid the problem re-occurring. Our philosophy is to assist each of our pa ents in achieving op mal physical and mental health enabling them to lead a full and happy life as a result. Our prac oners have, over the years, included physiotherapists, chiropodists and podiatrists, a vega tester, a pathogenic tester, nutri onal prac oners, craniosacral therapists, reflexologists, a crystal healer, counsellors, acupuncturists, homeopathic prac oners, an emo onal freedom technique therapist, massage therapists, yoga teachers and hypnotherapists. In the last 40 years we have seen thousands of people through our doors, helped them all to ease their pains, change their diet, improve their health and strengthen their bodies with the help of our amazing prac oners. However we would not s ll be here if it wasn't for our wonderful pa ents. Thank you for referring us to your friends and family and for suppor ng us over 40 years! We all love what we do, and we especially love seeing our pa ents get be er, be er, be er and thrive! So here's to the first 40 years and who knows how many more….!
