What to track
Mood vs Productivity Recognizing mood would have impact on my productivity, and vice versa, I decide to track the mutual influence between these mood and productivity.
mainly: • Daily task schedule and work productivity • The mood of before, ongoing and after work. additionally: • Sleep condition and the mood before/after sleep • Daily exercise • Everyday weather • Drink and eat
Patterns
• Tight schedules occupy in the certain weekdays, which lead to rather firm plan; • Changes of daily routine & weather would affect mood, futher affect productivity; • Self-content when task’s done, unsatisified with not following my plan; • Lower multi-task productivity while higher single-task productivity on the days without firm schedules • Familiar working content with higher productivity and positive mood, whilist exploratory tasks makes me serious even frustrated with low productivity.
