DIGITAL JOURNALS IN THE HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES Revues.org s a journals platform for the humanities and social sciences. Founded in 1999, it is now home to 400 online publications. Of our 100 000 articles, 95% are available in full-text access. The platform is particularly strong in archaeology, anthropology, cultural sociology, linguistics and literature, geography and the environment, political sciences, and Arabic, Mediterranean and Hispanic studies. With a multilingual and translationfriendly interface, Revues.org currently hosts journals from thirty countries. All journals published on Revues.org have been assessed to ensure they meet the platform’s rigorous academic and editorial criteria.

Revues.org is part of OpenEdition, a comprehensive digital publishing infrastructure whose objective is to promote research in the humanities and social sciences. OpenEdition has developed three other platforms: OpenEdition Books (monographs and edited volumes); Hypotheses (research blogs); and Calenda (a calendar of academic events). OpenEdition is run by the Centre for Open Electronic Publishing (ClĂŠo), a public and non-profit initiative supported by prestigious research organisations. Its overall aim is to promote open access digital publishing.

Each journal has its own site on the platform. The journals can be accessed via the Revues.org main catalogue and are indexed in university library catalogues. All our journals are equipped with features that guarantee the long-term availability of data and make it easier to access, read, cite and share content.
