As the oldest living and continually practiced culture on earth, we acknowledge the ongoing connection between Aboriginal people and the landscape of Victoria. Believers that a life well lived is a life spent amongst nature, we’re doing what we can to preserve what’s already here and build around it. As part of our commitment to the land, we’re rehabilitating our waterways and wetland areas and adding to them, protecting the existing greenery for generations to come.
For all those who grew up to the words ‘give me a home amongst the gumtrees’, we’re pleased to say we’re making this a reality. Because the more trees the better, we’re planting local species including Red Flowering Gum, Blackwood, Yellow Gum, Manna Gum, Golden Ash, Sunburst Honey Locust, and Evergreen Ash.

Our commitment to nature isn’t only for the benefit of our human neighbours, but our animal ones, too. That includes our existing frog population. As part of our works, we’re restoring their native habitat and ensuring their home remaims in tact, so they too shall continue to thrive as our newer neighbours do.
In a neighbourhood that will be home to 3+ hectares of landscaped parks and wetlands, it’s important to have a way to take it all in. For all your exploring, biking, roller skating, and leisurely walking activites, we’re building a nature boardwalk around our restored waterways so you, the kids, and the dogs can take it all in.

Subscribers to the idea that small actions add up to big results, when it came to choosing the matierality of roads and pathways we knew there was a better way. Working with our landscape architects, we’re laying an envinronmentally-minded road and pavement material, crafted from recycled product.
With long winding paths through rehabilitated creek areas, we’re creating a neighbourhood with plenty to explore. Located in the second half of the neighbourhood, the creek trails follow the natural wetlands to bring you and your family as close to nature as you can get.
