How to make it step by step: 1
Cut the collars, sleeves and button stripes off of both men’s shirts

Cut off the side seam and the cuffs

Print the sleeve pattern from the pdf file

Put the pattern on all the sleeves and transfer the markings for the chosen size (S,M, L)
Turn the sleeves upside down and arrange them in order as in the illustration.
Place the sleeves one over other following the marked lines. Stitch the sleeves together on all sides and on top.

Use the collars to make shoulders and button them onto the dress. Use the button stripes to make the epaulettes on the side
