“When I originally was looking for a photographer I didn’t really think too much about it. I thought there’s no way I could ever have those beautiful dreamy wedding photos so it was tough thinking of who I’d use, and Ophelia Photography was recommended. It didn’t take much to decide that Ophelia Photography was the ONE. But I’m not doing this review for her photos because anyone who has eyes can SEE how beautiful her work is and that she puts her heart into it... but this is about how she made my day perfect. I internalize a lot of stress. For the whole process I was very calm, cool and collected. And I was. But the wedding day came and we were all getting beautified with our hair and makeup and something in me snapped. I was totally losing it and didn’t know what to do. Not even the closest people to me could really see I was dying inside and my anxiety was taking over the joys I was supposed to be feeling. This is where Lisa saved me. I’m sure she’s seen brides do it a million times but when I needed someone the most, she was there. She grabbed me and hugged me super tight and said let’s go put your dress on in a different room, just you. I think about that moment a lot and if I didn’t have someone like her I don’t know how my day would have gone. Lisa loves what she does and she loves people. You can see she cares about your journey and is so absolutely genuine. Thank you for turning my day around for the better and making me believe that I can be beautiful on camera. I will ONLY ever have you take our pictures from here on out. I don’t know how else to express the gratitude I have for you and I’m so thankful I met you.”
