Praise the Lord for the Summer English Camp 09 commenced on time and according to schedule. A total of 90 students registered for the classes in Hefei and Suyu. The children are excited to learn English and western culture during their summer holidays. The theme of the teaching of 09 is based on ‘One Han’ – story and games of OI.
It was a great joyful and successful Insight Trip made by Robin rd nd Kinstead (3 from right) and Peter Fish (2 from right) from Sydney Australia to Hefei in July. They brought love and broad business consulting skills to clients of OI China. Client Li Zongju (left) appreciates the professional consultation on her farming business.

Praise the Lord that the Insight Trip prepared for the brothers of St Ives Christ Church in July was a great success. More of the similar kind of business consulting support to our clients through the insight trips will be arranged on a regular basis in the future.

Thank God for the blessings of the first four months of operation of the MCC in Suyu. The performance is better than the budget and the social impact was appreciated by the local community as well as the government.

A pleasant fellowship and sharing service was held in the Opportunity International US office in Chicago in July when Aaron White, CEO OI China, visited the States. Thanking God for this love and fellowship of the OI family.
Prayer Requests: • Pray for the recruitment process of OI China as we grow our impact to the society. The harvest is plentiful yet the workers are few. OI China needs more middle management to join our service in Suyu, Hefei and Hong Kong. • Pray for the people in southern China while the heavy rainfall and flood are hitting the region. Pray also for the Chinese government officials to effectively help the victims and minimise the damage to the properties of the people. • Please pray for the Lord’s blessings and guidance as the OIHK and OIC Boards of Directors hold meetings in early August.
