A personal trainer(PT) with over 20 years of experience in different fitness components. Currently working on a community medical dispensary implementation management and advocacy project in the State of Maryland. A dad, a lover who also has a strong passion for community volunteering in areas like Policy, Health & Fitness, Coaching, Wine tasting, Theater Act and collaboration in several other museum and gallery community events.
