There’s a reason why snowboarders line up 200 deep for first chair and delay careers for daily good times in mountain towns. There’s a reason why snowboarders hike early lines in October and settle down within striking distance to resorts. There’s a reason why snowboarders cut trails and build features in the summer. Snowboarding is different. There’s something deeply compelling about it that shifts perspectives and alters life priorities. When you sample the exalted experiences found at the intersection of mountains, gravity, frozen water, and air, you get pulled into the orbit of snowboarding—for life. Among all that is rad about snowboarding, there are five key things that create this pull. These are the five things that drive us. More than anything else, these are the five things in which We Believe:

The Collections

To make finding the right board easier, we design different collections that are built around how different riders prefer to spend their time standing sideways. Through our designer’s unique approach to shaping and material science, we create boards that make how you choose to engage the mountain all the more fun.

THE

THE

DEEP

MOUNTAIN

If your priorities are white rooms, pillow lines, untracked chutes and tree stashes, then your priorities in life are pretty much dialed. And these are the boards to strap into for those priorities. With cambers and pop tech for combining enhanced float with the power to slash a wall of snow, these boards are created for going off in search of deep, untracked snow every day.

These are our designs that know no boundaries. They are the boards that are crafted for the way most of us spend our days on the hill—days in search of pow, days cruising with friends looking for fun features, days carving high-speed turns, and days lapping park. Or days mixing some of it all. While specific boards in this collection might have freestyle or freeride strengths, and while they vary in camber, they all will rip every zone of your local mountain.

THE

PARK

The Park Collection is the home of our pure freestyle boards that are shaped, flexed and tech’d out for park lappers and urban riders. This is where you find our team’s choices for filming rail parts. This is where you’ll find the most playful boards for a clear focus on creative fun. Soft-flexing with targeted pop, these boards press super smoothly and pop like mad into and out of tricks.

NEW Free-The-Ride Camber

NoHang-Ups Rocker

Our latest innovation in the camber realm with one goal in mind: to create the right feel and response for people who rip the shit out of all kinds of terrain. From trails, to woods, to couloirs, to cliff lines, this camber line combines powerful response with surfy float. Positive camber in the tail merges into a flat camber section under the front foot, which then transitions into a rockered nose. The result is high turning responsiveness with a floaty nose that refuses to flop on groomers and in mixed snow.

The secret in our 3D NoHang-Ups cambers is in the interaction between our exclusive Diamond and the 3D Continuous Curvilinear Rocker zones. In this camber, the Diamond is flat and extends 20mm short of the contact point. The result is a playful, press-happy feel that ollies and pops better than traditional rockers.

Playful

Responsive

FreePop Rocker Flat in the mid-body of the board and rockered in the nose and tail. This is a stable and versatile rocker profile that we juice up with technologies like TurboRods and Bambooster. For all-mountain freestyle riders and pow surfers, this camber line combines equal parts fun and float, with just enough power for cranking a few turns.

Playful

Responsive

MtnPop Rocker Rocker underfoot in the mid section and positive camber in the nose and tail turns your board into one kill-it-all machine. The rocker gives it float and low-speed playfulness, while the positive camber in the nose and tail give ollie power, carving power, and landing power. For many, it’s the best of both worlds.

Playful

Responsive

NoHang-Ups Pop This camber blends the best of both positive camber and rocker in one board. The Diamond is positive camber, which gives the power and control of positive camber all the way until 10mm short of the contact points. Outside of the Diamond, 3D Continuous Curvilinear Rocker gives the float and fun of rocker.

FLOAT

Powder-S Camber There’s a very simple reason why we put rocker in the nose of our powder boards and positive camber in the middle and tail. We want boards that float effortlessly and we want boards that will throw a slash. This camber glides in fresh snow and explodes off the lip.

Shapes True Twin

Everything about these boards is twin—flex, shape, stances. If you remove the graphic there is no way to tell the nose from the tail. Almost Twin

Playful

Responsive

Stay Positive Camber The favorite camber for riders who prefer pop—whether it’s popping off a jump, popping out a carve, popping a big ollie or “popping” a massive cloud of powder. Our team riders, both jump-oriented guys and streetoriented guys still prefer this dynamic, lively feel. We know there are riders out there who want to stay positive, and we continue to make boards for the way many of us like to ride. WE BELIEVE

These boards are twin between the contact points—what touches packed snow is twin. The flex is twin and the stance is centered in a twin position. Outside of the contact points, the nose is slightly longer than the tail for more float in powder. Directional

Meant for riding fast in your natural stance, these boards feature noses that are longer than tails, and stances that are set back a bit on the sidecut.

there’s a reason 200 people line up for first chair and move to resort towns

BOARDS | New TECH

Three ways that Rome boards MAKE RIDING MORE FUN.

New Camber Technology

Free-The-Ride Camber 3-PART HYBRID FOR POWER AND FLOAT. As we designed the new Mountain Division board, our goal was clearly focused on creating a board that is equally at home ripping a carve on a groomed trail as it is floating and slashing powder. The goal was to craft a board for that rider who straps in and charges natural and man-made terrain, regardless of snow conditions. So we felt that it needed a new camber that optimizes power and powder. With FreeTheRide Camber, we do this by designing three zones of camber—one positive, one flat, and one rocker.

LOcKED NO WEIGHT

LOADed WITH WEIGHT: Nose rockers up for float

NOSE

Mid-to-Back Positive Zone

Mid-Front Flat Zone

Nose Rocker Zone

This extends from just behind your front foot all the way to the tail of the board. And the reasons are for both groomed and powder riding—positive camber between your feet and in the tail deliver the following feel-good benefits:

This sits under your front foot, extending from just behind the inserts to just in front of them, where it transitions into the rocker up front. The reasons are for maintaining edge control and stability while also allowing the rockered nose to float in pow. The flat zone does the following where it transitions to the rocker:

This extends from just in front of your front foot all the way to the nose. When you load the board and de-camber the mid body, the nose rockers up. The benefits are the following:

• Provides more downward pressure on the forebody of the board than rocker for better response on edge and for less chatter in your nose in all conditions

• Smooth turn initiation on groomers

• More powerful carves

• Float in pow!

• Added pop from turn to turn • Added SLASH-power in powder—if you want to explode walls of powder with your tail (we do) • Added support in your tail for real landing gear

BOARDS | New TECH

New Pop Technology

TurboRods

Z-Tech

MORE POP.

CENTERLINE BANDS OF POWER.

These are the next level evolution of our HotRod Technology. With TurboRods, we mill out channels in the core and insert more dynamic-flexing technology that is built by placing the carbon rods inside sleeves that are anchored to the core. The key is that the rod is attached to the sleeve only at the end nearest the center of the board. This results in allowing the end of the rod nearest the tip and tail of the board to load more energy, flex more dynamically and self-dampen more quickly after delivering the pop.

Zylon is a fiber that is even lighter, stronger and snappier than carbon. So we use it to increase the Pop Factor of our high-end boards. We lay a strip of Zylon down the centerline of the board to add longitudinal power. Two varieties: Z-Tech 1.0

Z-Tech 2.0

A one-inch strip of Zylon for increased ollie pop without increasing much overall stiffness.

A two-inch strip of Zylon for maximum power down the centerline of your new Mountain Division board.

New Sidewall Technology

Good Vibes Sidewalls

Rebound Sidewalls

DAMPENING WITH DURABILITY.

ADDED IMPACT RESISTANCE.

For the all-mountain mayhem of our new Mountain Division snowboard, we’ve created a new sidewall technology that both smoothes out the high-strung responsiveness and also adds strength against the abuse of rocks. We do this by sandwiching an elastomeric material with two layers of durable ABS sidewall material in the contact zones where the board is its widest. This:

For some of our park-oriented boards, like the newly overhauled Artifact series, we use a new elastic sidewall compound that absorbs impact better for more strength. When boards spend a lot of time landing on rails, boxes and ledges, sidewalls that absorb impact are super important.

• Dampens chatter at the point where you initiate and exit turns to keep you better able to feel and respond to terrain • Increases strength by making the sidewall absorb impact more effectively

New Core Technology

SkateDeck Technology STRONG SKATE STYLE. We take our vertically laminated cores and finish them off with a single horizontal laminate on top. The result is added strength under your bindings and a more skate-oriented feel for our more park-focused boards. Two varieties: Full SkateDeck

Center SkateDeck

A full length horizontal laminate on top for the strength underfoot and a maximum skate full throughout the flex pattern.

A horizontal laminate on top just in the mid section of the board for added strength under bindings and an increased skate feel.

WE BELIEVE

self-induced face shots on groomers are awesome

BOARDS | Key TECH

KEY POP-ENHANCING TECHNOLOGY

We load our boards with pop-enhancing technology because snowboarding is more fun when you can make your board pop. Pop matters for all types of riding—powder, resort, park or street. Whether you are ollieing into a trick, exploding off the lip of a jump, exiting out of a carve, or laying back into a wall of powder, snowboarding feels better when your board has pop. The Rome board collection is loaded with pop.

HotRods Technology POP ENGINEERED FOR EACH RIDING STYLE. Our HotRods are a key way that we put targeted pop into our collection. First we build thin, hollow tubes of carbon, bamboo and glass, and then we place them in milled channels in our cores. We use different configurations for different levels of torsional and longitudinal pop that are specifically tailored to all-mountain, park or powder riding. New for this year, we’ve added bamboo for a natural, environmentally friendly way of increasing your ollie height. Configurations: Reverse Radial V

Double Barrel

Single Barrel

A reverse-V pattern with a slight radius channels power into ollies and nollies while only adding minor torsional response.

Two parallel HotRods designed to give rocker boards more pop all around—for ollies, nollies and power off the edges.

One HotRod down the centerline of the board is the perfect solution for giving more ollie/nollie pop without adding any unwanted torsional stiffness.

Bambooster Technology APPLYING THE LAWS OF NATURE FOR MORE POP. All boards, regardless of price, need pop. So on some of our models, we lay a strip of bamboo down the centerline of the board for a bit more ollie and nollie kick. Renewable bamboo is nature’s awesome material for flexing and rebounding dynamically.

KEY SHAPE TECHNOLOGY

NoHang-Ups Camber

QuickRip Sidecut

PLAYFUL FEEL WITH A POWERFUL RESPONSE.

POWER AT HIGH SPEED, FUN AT LOW SPEED.

3D camber design started back with the Snurfer in the 1960s. Since then there has been ton of experimentation by designers in the US, Europe and Asia. Our NoHang-Ups innovates within this tradition by the design of both our Diamond Technology and our Continuous Curvilinear Rocker (CCR). Under your foot, we place a Diamond that is either flat or positive cambered, and which extends almost to the contact point of the board. Outside the Diamond, the board is rockered in 3D, with no flat sections.

We integrate two sidecuts with the same radius (arc) , with one in the mid section of the board and one that is off-set in the nose and tail. Where these two arcs intersect near the bindings, Mid-Board Contact Points are created. These contours in the sidecut act as added grip for added power when the board is put on edge at high speed. At slow speeds, they act like the end of your running length to create a fun, short-board feel. One board—rips hard at speed and gets loose when you want to slow it down.

LONG

This delivers:

• Power, control and ollie pop through the design of the Diamond • Surfy, buttery fun through the Continuous Curvilinear Rocker

ButterOut Transition Zones

FLEX YOUR BOARD LIKE A PAIR OF TRUCKS.

SMOOTH FEEL IN THE NOSE AND TAIL.

We thin the core profile between your feet and thicken it under and outside the bindings to create a feel that is similar to the turning and ollie-feel of a skateboard. This design creates a twisty, maneuverable feel that still can pop and ollie and give you the necessary landing gear.

We elongate the transition from your sidecut into your nose and tail to give a smoother feel when landing, spinning or buttering. In our boards where we want to mellow out the engagement of your edges, ButterOut Transitions help give that playful, smooth feel.

IMPACT

Flex-Tuned Laminates DIFFERENT FIBER DIRECTIONS FOR DIFFERENT FLEX PROFILES. One way we tune the flex of our boards is through the orientation of fiber angles—larger angles mean more power, lower angles mean a more forgiving feel. The other way we tune flex is through the use of carbon to give added pop in specific areas of the board.

Head into the unknown. Shake off the familiar. Seek the new. Regardless of where you are, there is always opportunity for shred adventure. There are small, single-day adventures to be had or multi-day snowboard wanderings to embark on. It’s simply a matter of grabbing your gear and heading off to somewhere you’ve never shredded before, chasing a new and unfamiliar experience. It can simply be a line in the sidecountry of your local resort that you’ve never ridden before or the exploration of a local split zone that you and your crew haven’t dropped in on. It can be the classic road trip in an overloaded car with a crew of homies to out-ofthe-way spots like the Interior of British Columbia, the southern Rockies, or the many less glamorized parts of the Alps. And it can be the bigger detachments from life’s safety nets to explore deeper into the mountains with tents and a group of trusted friends to find new lines in the cathedrals of rock and snow. It is the freedom to explore, the freedom to stretch, the freedom to live in the possibility of getting lost. It is the freedom to open new doors and to find snowboarding.

BOARDS | SPECS

O V E RA L L L E NGTH

MOD E L

Constant forward movement. Ground-breaking snowboard progression happens in the rarified air of pros and high-level ams. It’s a relentless forward movement of technicality and size. It’s the opening of our minds as to what is possible, over and over again. It’s riders like Ozzy, LNP and Stale creating new tricks, finding bolder lines and making things mucho mas grande. When you watch a classic film like The Garden alongside one of the many next level parts that drops each year, it’s unreal how far the team guys constantly push and evolve The New. But progression also belongs to all of us—it’s personal. It’s open to everyone who straps in. The most obvious form of progression happens when we land a new trick or take an existing trick bigger. Less obviously, progression happens when we venture deeper into the backcountry or push through our own fear boundaries to drop new lines. It is any new, challenging experience had while standing sideways. When we break out of our personal stagnancy, we engage progression and our own forward movement. When we personally stretch ourselves into The New, we keep our snowboarding young, dynamic and alive. Big or small, do something new every year.

BINDINGS | Key TECH

Three things that make Rome bindings BETTER.

Key Flex-With-Power Tech

Flex-With-Pop is what snowboarding demands. It demands flexibility in some directions, and it demands power in other directions. We design our binding components according to this principle to make your snowboarding feel better and respond quicker. UNIBODY STYLE

UNDERWRAP STYLE

110mm binding footbed rod of edge to edge cotntact Blue Areas touch the board

V-Rod Baseplates

110mm binding footbed rod of edge to edge cotntact Blue Areas touch the board

ONly 2.77% of baseplate material contacts your board.

SIDE-TO-SIDE FLEX; TOE-TO-HEEL POWER. V-Rod baseplates minimize the contact between your binding and your board. But they do it with a purpose and not just randomly in all directions. It “rockers” on opposing corners to deliver the FLEX snowboarding demands, and it maintains contact with the narrow “rod” from toe to heel for seamless edge to edge POWER. The narrow footprint also maximizes the board’s natural flex pattern.

UnderWrap Heel Hoop

AntiShock Highback

PROPER BINDING FLEX; PROPER BINDING POWER.

GOOD VIBRATIONS; POWER COMMUNICATION.

Our exclusive UnderWrap technology does something no other binding construction does—it cranks up toe-to-heel POWER, while maintaining torsionally FLEX for tweaking and flowing side-to-side. This is how snowboarding should feel. Three levels of coring for three levels of lightness.

Our highback incorporates shock absorber technology to kill vibration and add a little flex at turn initiation. Then, after a 3mm flex, it locks out for haulin’ ass, slashin’ waves power.

The middle connection point in the highback incorporates a bushing like a kingpin to dampen and then lock-out.

Key Connected Comfort Tech

Connected Comfort is the combination of a seamless connection for precise response, and elevated comfort for more fun all day long. This guiding principle informs our ankle strap and toe strap design to give you a cleaner connection to your board, while improving comfort through designs that require less pressure.

Contour BOSS Ankle Strap COMFORT AND RESPONSE.

ConformGrip Toe Strap

ContourLight Ankle Strap LIGHTER, MORE COMFORTABLE, TUNED FLEX.

FORM-FITTING GRIP AT LOW PRESSURE.

A minimalist design that pre-loads tension in the strap so you need less pressure to get secure heel hold. The result is more comfort for the same level of control. Different densities of EVA in different zones create flexibility where you want it, and power when you need it.

Our over-molded design flexes effortlessly to conform to any boot on the market. High grip secures it in place and allows for more comfort through the need for less pressure.

Customization is critical for letting riders adjust their connection to fit their individual style. This is a design principle that we back 100%, so we offer more customization than any brand out there. We make it OPTIONAL and EASY. Use it if you want; mount-and-shred if you don’t.

Yes, I Cant

Cant-In-The-Back

ANATOMICALLY CORRECT POWER DISTRIBUTION.

ANATOMICALLY ALIGNED HEELSIDE RESPONSE.

Our customized canting makes it so you can adjust how your bindings feel and how they interact with your board. It’s a system that lets YOU pick how your bindings feel underfoot. 0-degrees is always a choice, but you can opt into 2-degrees or 3.5-degrees for more knee alignment, and for more power distribution over your nose and tail. The choice is YOURS.

Our exclusive Cant-In-The-Back system for canting your highbacks side to side lets you line up the spine of your highback with the angle of your lower leg. Use the 3-degree option that comes out of the box for narrow stances, and flip to the 6-degree option for wider stances. We let you maintain response, regardless of the stance width that YOU decide.

0-degrees for a traditional feel

3 degree For narrower stances

6 degree For wider stances

2.0°

2-degrees for moderate stance widths and moderate nose and tail power

3.5°

3.5-degrees for wider stances and full power ideal for rocker boards

Highback Rotation PROPERLY LOCATED POWER. All our bindings feature highback rotation that you can choose to use if you want. Even on our entry-level models, rotation comes standard so riders can adjust the position of their highback to align with their heel edge. If you run steep angles, rotate more. If you run flat angles, rotate less. We let you maintain response, regardless of the stance angles YOU decide.

Design new ways to snowboard. Understand the past, but don’t just repeat it. Build something new. New art. New snowboard films. New ways of working with shops. But more than anything else, innovate new ideas in product. And not just random new product ideas. Not another new device to rotate your front foot or detach your binding for skating in lift line. Definitely not that. We’re talking about snowboard innovation that serves one purpose—to make snowboarding more fun, to make it FEEL even better. Innovation that makes a slash more explosive, a press more locked in, an ollie more poppy, a carve more ripping. Innovation works when it cranks the full-body stoke you feel at the end of a run, at the end of an epic day. Innovate. For fun.

TWO things that make Rome boots FEEL SO GOOD.

Key F.I.T. Technology

BOOTS | Key F.I.T. TECH

Elevated fit is critical for two reasons—it’s more comfortable, and it holds your foot in place for better response. Our Foot Impression Technologies (F.I.T.) are created to deliver fuck-yeah plushness and to eliminated unwanted foot movement. Insert foot for good times.

Zonal Lining ANATOMICALLY CORRECT LINING PLACEMENT. Different foams and face fabrics in different areas of your foot and lower leg for anatomically correct comfort and fit.

Skate Cuff Memory ADVANCED ANKLE COMFORT AND HEEL HOLD. Upgraded this year with more advanced memory foam to wrap and secure your ankle.

Ultralon Performance Foam Body CUSTOM FIT WITH A BETTER FLEX. Upgraded liner bodies this year with Ultralon foam that takes a precise mold of your foot, and flexes more dynamically for a more responsive ride. Also can be heat-molded multiple times.

HeelGrip Lining FOOT STABILITY IN THE HEEL. Directional fabrics in the heel pocket hold your foot in place for better control.

Liner Outsole Technology Powered by D30 Lite IMPROVED FIT AND IMPACT PROTECTION. Our liner outsole creates a seamless fit with the shell for better foot stability, and our new integration of D30 Lite improves impact absorption for big landings. A side benefit is you can walk around a backcountry camp or parking lot in your liners.

54

WE BELIEVE

Expand Toe Zone ADJUSTS FOR COMFORT AND WARMTH. People have different toe lengths. So we make our toe box self-adjusting with expandable material for improved comfort and improved warmth in your extremities.

AK trips are worth every cent of the money you can’t afford to spend

F.I.T. Liners

Foot Impression Technology liners make snowboarding feel better and flex better by focusing our design close to your foot. We combine technical materials in unique patterns to build liners that take a custom fit to your individual foot and maintain a responsive, kink-free flex.

Key Lacing Technology

In our traditional lacing, we add technologies that allow for zonal control and increased power over critical regions. In our Boa models, we develop unique configurations of Boa to add zonal control while getting into your boots super easily.

Boa Lacing Systems

BOOTS | KEY TECH

FINE-TUNED CONTROL WITH SPEED.

Double Boa Tri-Zone

Double Boa Dual Zone

Single Coiler Boa

A Rome-exclusive pattern. Two high-powered reels control laces that overlap in the ankle region to give you the ability to fine-tune three different areas of tightness and flex: forefoot, ankle and cuff.

A high-powered coiler reel on the tongue controls cuff fit and flex; a mid-powered reel on the side of the boot lets you quickly adjust the forefoot fit.

One reel laces up the boot in a consistent, foot-wrapping fit. Super easy for those riders who need a little extra leverage to get their boots tight.

Boa Liner Lacing

Leverage Lacing

LOW PROFILE, FOOT-WRAPPING POWER.

MORE CONTROL EXACTLY WHERE YOU NEED IT.

Boa with Spectra lace in a unique pattern that pulls a webbing chassis around your liner for a consistent, foot-wrapping fit.

Webbing loops attached to the tongue exit through ports in the shell to give extra power over lacing the ankle region. A pulley system is created that wraps the shell and pulls your foot back into the boot. Run ‘em extra tight or loose— however you like.

Key Flex Technology

After a super comfortable and secure fit, proper flex is the next most important design directive that snowboard boots need to adhere to. There’s no point in making a boot that feels great in the store, but flexes like a Chuck Taylor on the hill. Rome boots use different technologies to create responsive, “poppy” boots that feel great in the store and rip on the hill.

NKS Shield

2Part Articulation

3D Molded Tongue

SMOOTH, KINK-FREE TOESIDE FLEX.

MAINTAINS FLEX PATTERN FOR THE LONG HAUL.

THE KEY TO A BOOT THAT REBOUNDS.

We integrate a smooth-flexing EVA insert in the ankle region of the liner tongue to create a toeside flex profile that rebounds better and resists kinking at a kink-prone region.

Our unique two-part construction where the upper cuff meets the lower boot creates a boot that resists breaking down the flex over time. That smooth flex and rebound on Day 1 is nearly the same after a couple heavy seasons.

We believe 100% in boots that rebound and flex with a “poppy” feel. Whether the boot has a soft or supportive flex profile, then need to bounce back in trasition. Our 3D EVA shell tongues deliver this dynamic flex.

56

WE BELIEVE

it’s okay to look back at your own pow rooster

Key Grip Technology

We hike—into the backcountry, features in the park, or just up to the lift in the morning. On slippery ground. Whether a simple jaunt or a billy-goat mission, we need grip underfoot.

Vibram XS Lite Outsole

TrackedOut Sole

SUPER GRIP CLIMBING LINES.

LIGHTWEIGHT TRACTION AND STOMP PROTECTION.

We use Vibram’s lightweight, high-grip compound in an aggressive tread pattern for those times when you need max grip. On ice, rock or mixed terrain, this sole keeps it cool in exposed terrain.

The integration of targeted rubber, lightweight injected EVA and an AntiShock gel heel insert creates a sole that grips in slippery conditions and absorbs the impact of harsh landings, all at a super light weight.

BOOTS | KEY TECH

Key Stomp Technology

We jump. We often can’t resist flat landings. Some of us stomp big shit. Big or small, smooth or flat, our landings demand technology that absorbs the impact and keep our joints healthy.

D30

F.I.T. FoamBeds

Snowboarding Re-aligns Priorities. It drives you to post-hole with a good friend to set the boot pack after a storm. It drives you to pack-up and migrate west for a life of night work, studio apartments, and every day on the hill. It drives you to hike in fall for veins of wind-blown snow. It drives you to hike in the late spring for remnants of less-than-ideal snow. It drives you to get to the mountain an hour early on a powder day. It drives you to set priorities that most people don’t understand. It drives you to organize your life around strapping into snowboards.

Three things that make SDS gloves THE BEST PLACE TO PUT YOUR HANDS.

For 2015 we continue to have fun designing and re-designing our glove and mitt collection to feel great on your hand (FIT), keep you super warm and dry (FUNCTION) and move with snowboarding (FLEX). Our key technologies and material applications drive high-performance gloves that are created for a life of having great times in cold, wet, snowy conditions—with style. For this year we’ve created two collections, The Mountain Collection and The Park Collection.

Key Waterproof Technology

Hipora Waterproof Inserts

Hipora 5,000

Dry Hands Are Warmer Hands.

Advanced 15K waterproof performance when integrated with our shell technologies. Super flexible and breathable.

We have two levels of Hipora inserts, 5,000 and 3,000, for keeping you hands super dry, while letting hand perspiration escape.

Hipora 3,000

12K waterproof performance when integrated with our shell technologies.

Key Flexibility Technology

Flexible Insulation In our signature Flexible Insulation Technology, we keep your hands warm AND flexible. Like the targeted insulation of wetsuit design, we place more warmth on the back of your hand where there is natural insulation and less on the palm side where there is more natural insulation. Different levels for optimized warmth-with-flex in different conditions. 4.2 Flexible Insulation BACK OF THE HAND INSULATION

Designed for freedom in the coldest conditions with 4 oz of Primaloft on the backside and 2 oz of Primaloft on the palmside. 3.2 Flexible Insulation

Designed for high warmth with advanced flex with 3 oz of Thinsulate on the backside and 2 oz of Thinsulate on the palmside. PALM OF THE HAND INSULATION

2.2 Flexible Insulation

Designed for a balance of warmth in cold weather and maximum dexterity with 2 oz of Fiberfill on the backside and 2 oz of Fiberfill on the palmside. 2.1 Flexible Insulation

Designed for a ton of flex with a bit of added warmth with 2 oz of Thinsulate on the backside and 1 oz of Thinsulate on the palmside. 1.1 Flexible Insulation

Designed for max flex with a touch of insulation with 1 oz of microfleece on the backside and 1 oz of microfleece on the palmside.

Key Material Technology

TechLeather Tough, Flexible and Waterproof. We love leather. For mitts and gloves, there is nothing that fits better or fits better over time. So we’ve created our TechLeather to add waterproofing to the natural strength and fit of leather. We impregnate the structure of the leather with waterproofing to add another barrier to moisture to our advanced weather protection systems.

WE BELIEVE

cutting trails is an essential part of East Coast snowboarding

Key Technology

ECOWICK MANAGE YOUR CLIMATE; HELP THE GLOBAL CLIMATE. To create our EcoWick fabric, we use recycled polyester fibers and weave them into a mid-weight blend that wicks perspiration away from your body while insulating the layer of air closest to your skin. The result is high-tech performance that reduces impact on the environment through the use of recycled material. New for 2015, we have a more naturally hanging feel that merges with our design to create technical pieces that are equally at home in the backcountry or kicking back on a couch.

Riding Hoodies Last year, we created the Riding Hoodie category for people who want to avoid outerwear as much as possible. Understanding full well that many of us want to ride in cotton hoodies, we empowered a slightly longer pull-over hoodie with a windproof nylon lining so that we can ride in cold temperatures without adding a ton of extra layers. This year, we’ve added two more designs for a wider variety of options for a variety of conditions.

The Riding Pullover WARMTH: Details: • Full nylon lining in the body and arms for riding in the coldest temperatures possible while still wearing a cotton hoodie.

APPAREL | HOODIES

• 100% cotton outer construction

The Riding Zip-Up WARMTH: Details: • A zip-up cotton hoodie, powered with our nylon lining in the body and arms for comfort a little less protection than the Riding Pullover, but a bit more protection than the Lightweight Riding Pullover. • 100% cotton outer construction

If It Feels Good… At the end of the day, the feeling is really the only thing that matters. It doesn’t matter whether you have the latest gear or not. It doesn’t matter whether a style is trendy or not. The truly important essence of snowboarding is simply how it feels. Locking into a rail trick is about the feeling of balance and glide. Spinning a big jump is about the feeling of flying and stillness. Carving fresh groomers is about the feeling of rhythm and release. And then there is riding untracked powder—the feeling of floating and slashing. This is what makes us wake up at 5:00 for first chair. This is what makes us migrate to a resort town and live on scrap money. This is what makes us hike back up. The sensation.
