Terms and Conditions for Beneficiary Companies Seeking Technical Assistance

The Beneficiary Company must submit a completed Assignment Application Form /AA1;

The Beneficiary Company must provide evidence that he has been in existence (registered or incorporated) for at least six (6) months prior to submitting a request for technical assistance;

The Beneficiary Company must pay the processing fee upon submission of the Application Form for technical assistance;

The Beneficiary Company must undertake to contribute to the cost of the Technical Assistance assignment as agreed with the Contracting Agency;

The Beneficiary Company must assign counterpart staff to support the Consultant during the conduct of the assignment;

The Beneficiary Company must submit the Assignment Assessment Form /AA3 at the completion of the Technical Assistance assignment;

The Beneficiary Company must participate in events; discussions and surveys undertaken by the Contracting agency;
