ff the sunny Mediterranean coast of Southern Italy in the village of Positano, a tradition of fine food has existed for generations. Dishes made with the highest quality of seafood and meats, coupled with homemade pastas tossed with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs grown in small gardens, were prepared and presented like fine works of art. These dishes were enjoyed by all. After the meal an exciting game of bocci ball would begin accompanied with delicious homemade desserts, coffee, and cordials.
