Feed Me Babylon bargain: Horace & Sylvia's Wednesday October 20, 2010 3:42 PM By Joan Reminick
Horace & Sylvia’s Publick House is giving the Babylon dining public a break — a price break, that is. On the new lunch menu, offered Tuesday to Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., a marinated skirt steak sandwich goes for $6.50, a grilled salmon BLT is $8 and an 8-ounce sirloin burger is $5. Every night from 4 to 7 p.m., chef Brian Fugit features a three-course prix-fixe priced from $14.95 (for such entrees as Southern fried chicken or pumpkin ravioli) to $24.99 (for rack of lamb or surf and turf). With prices like that, who would want to be late for dinner? Horace & Sylvia’s Publick House is at 100 Deer Park Ave., Babylon, 631-587-5081
