Dinner Banquet Package Thank you for choosing Giumarello’s Restaurant for your dinner event. Our fireplace room will accommodate up to 55 guests, comfortably. There is a minimum of 20 guests and a charge of $1,500 (food and beverage) for the room to be private. A private room is required if there is an oral presentation or the use of any type of AV Equipment. Dinner events are booked Tuesday thru Friday evenings. Special arrangements can be made for semi-private events. A $100 deposit (by credit card ) is due upon signing this contract. The final check will be presented, and full payment is due (upon completion of the event) payable by cash or credit card. If your event is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice before your booked event, or if you are a “noshow” for your reservation, your credit card will be charged the minimum food and beverage charge of $1,500. If the event is cancelled with 24 hours notice, your $100 deposit will be forfeited with no further charge.
All food and beverage is subject to 20% service charge (gratuity) and 7% sales tax. Prices are subject to change. Displays and/or signs may be used with the permission of Giumarello’s. Clients agree to be responsible for any damage done to equipment of restaurant during their use of the premises. Two or three entrees are to be selected by the person in charge of planning the event. It is recommended that the person in charge have a master list of the guest’s selections of each entrée. A final count is due 7 days in advance of your event. Dessert selection must also be selected in advance. Alcohol Policy: Cocktails, including beer & wines by the bottle are available upon arrival and throughout the length of your party, billed on a consumption basis. Wines by the bottle (also billed by consumption) are priced (per bottle) accordingly. Cash bar is also an option, if you would like your guests to go to the bar for their own drinks. Giumarello’s Restaurant reserves the right to refuse a guest’s request for another drink if it is in our best judgment to
