Key Largo Whyknot Cruise Event Contract Terms & Conditions -2017Schedule and Reservations The cruise is scheduled in 1 ½ hour rides in the late morning, afternoon, and evening. The Cost is: $285.00 plus tax= ($304.38) Please ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to launch. Cruises must be scheduled at least 24 hour in advanced with date and time secured by a $75.00 non-refundable deposit. Launch times may vary based on weather and daylight. May 27 to August 5

Amenities The Whyknot comfortably accommodates 55 guests on its upper and lower deck with comfortable seating. The Whyknot features two restrooms.
Cancellation Policy Event deposits will be returned if cancelled by the captain due to weather. If group cancels cruise the deposit will not be returned. Group canceling within 72 hour of the event will be responsible for all cruise and food charges. Normal deposit terms will be applied to the final balance.
Food Guarantee A 72- hour food guarantee is required. Food may only be increased 72 hours or less before the cruise time. Key Largo provides all food and beverages with the exception of “special theme” commercialized baked goods. Please contact management for prior approval.
Weather Policy Key Largo’s Whyknot cruise is equipped to go in the rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the cruise may be held dockside until safe weather permits or until cruise time expires. Key Largo assumes no responsibility circumstances that arise due to weather related cause.
