I would like to thank Future POS for allowing us to finally remove the rat from my computer screen. After replacing Digital Dining with Future POS we have never been happier. The products, service, and support from Southern Coastal Solutions has far exceeded our expectations. Future POS sofhvare has given us the user friendly solution we were looking for.

The ease of use, allows our staff to put in orders and close checks in a speedier manner.

Reporting and inventory quantity available on the buttons has allowed us to control our ordering expenses and labor costs.

The ability to receive all modules without being nickeled and dimed is a great advantage allowing the system to grow with us. We are currently implementing labor scheduling to control our minutes lost from employees clocking in early. I can't wait to see this savings

Jason, Robert and the rest of the staff at Southern Coastal Solutions did wonders for our event! Our premiere fundraising event, A Toast to the Triangle™, offers an exciting silent and live auction through out the evening. In previous years, the auction check out process was timeconsuming and overwhelming. Event volunteers and committee members had to manually check out each guest with their purchase. After the event, staff members were responsible for mailing out hundreds of receipts to guests.

With the help of SCS and the Future POS software, we were able to cut down the amount of time guests spent checking out tremendously and eliminate all post-event receipt mailings. The Future POS software allowed volunteers, using the touch screen, to check out guests in only a few minutes. In addition, all auction items were pre-programmed into the software eliminating much of the work for the event volunteers. Guests then received a printed receipt on the spot from Future POS with all necessary purchase information. As we begin to plan the 25th anniversary of A Toast to the Triangle™, we look forward to working with SCS and Future POS again!
