PH neutral precast concrete meshes and art pieces would be placed under the water of Tortuga Island. These PH neutral pieces ensure the natural adhere of corals on the corrugated surface of the concrete. The variety of colors, and precast concrete art pieces would create a colorful, alive exhibition that also bring awareness about the environment.
mesh concept 7
Art pieces, corals, and fish make this museum unique. Raise environmental awareness, control the growth of the island, and guiding tourists to the underwater museum instead the natural growth corals reef located on the other side of the island.

SHADE STRUCTURE
ASU, TEMPE, AZ
A structure designed by and for the student of the Arizona State University design school. The connection between the two main buildings of the design school and the bridge connecting them, lead us to focus on the pedestrians using the space between the buildings, mainly the students from all the design disciplines connecting them into a co-designed space. The shade structure also serves as a chandelier, whose fabric was intentionally chosen to reflect light at night. The structure owns an unique opening on the center, which frames the sky or highlights the pedestrian passing under it at a certain time of the day. CANOPY HOUSE
PHOENIX, AZ
In the heart of the historic Garfield District where art and identity are alive in every corner of the city, the Canopy house makes its presence. It is a mis of those important characteristics that we identify as Phoenix. inspire by James Turrell art and sustainable practices in the desert climate.
“I’m interested in delving into and exploring the architecture of space created by light… there is an architectural vocabulary referring to the space between, this has rarely been enlivened… The art that I make covers this ground between form and actually forming space using light.” JAMES TURRELL

The east south of the home has clerestory windows which avoid heats and allow natural light into the home. The roof of the main house has three skylights and the guess house two, which provides abundant levels of daylight all year round, property owners can subsequently reduce their overall reliance on artificial lighting. A canopy over the house was built, to passively regulate the home’s temperature. first, it reflects the sun’s rays and heats away from the home; second, it shades the house; third, it acts as a wind buffer, allowing the cooling breeze to blow through the structure.
