The development of the live/work unit types was based on varying

relationships between the individual and his/her work

needs for group work or public involvement in the work space

individual living preferences


The WALK-UP



The walk-up apartments are accessible in the front half of the building, with controlled access at ground level and from the second parking level.

The work component in this walkup unit is located at ground level, provided for public use, ie. a shop. Circulation between the work and live components moves along the building facade. WALK UP APARTMENTS / WORK SPACES
