Since then, they have added a selection of seasonal ales, a popular Belgian Wit and a robust passion fruit beer, much to the delight of local and visiting hop-heads. The demand for their locally brewed beer has been unquenchable, and the team of five brew staff work day-in-day-out under the guidance of Sean just to keep up.
