Les Trois Mazots
Chalets A & Z If your ski holiday accommodation dreams feature a characterful log cabin dating back to the 1860s, decked out with rustic charm and packed with contemporary interiors, look no further than Les Trois Mazots. This newly renovated collection of one larger cabin and two individual mazots sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms in total. They’re just an easy one minute walk from the Super Morzine lift station and the sights and sounds of central Morzine. There’s a large sun terrace and a hot tub, a cosy open plan living space and stunning views over the valley. There’s a handy boot room, electric vehicle charging point and plenty of storage for all your kit, yet the highlight here is clearly the interiors. They’ve been finished to an exceptionally high standard in a bold and unique style that we just love.
Completed at the end of last winter season and available for the first time commencing December 2021, Chalets A & Z in Avoriaz are two individual residences in the same ski-in, ski-out location in the Dormonts quarter. They’re available to rent individually or together for larger groups and we think it’s fair to call them two of the most exclusive, contemporary chalets that Avoriaz has seen in a long time. Chalet A sleeps 11 people in five bedrooms whilst Chalet Z sleeps 13 people in five bedrooms. Both feature stunning contemporary design, open fireplaces and huge windows overlooking the Arare and Fornet. Kitchens are packed with all you need for the perfect self-catered holiday, there’s also loads of storage, sun terraces and a laundry room. Find out more: lestroismazots.com

Chalet Nelcote Here’s how the chalets of the future will look. Large, expansive living spaces with high spaces, floor to ceiling windows and natural light from every angle; crisp, modern, minimalist and a delight to holiday in. Chalet Nelcote in Morzine is named after a mansion on a headland above the Côte d’Azur made famous by the Rolling Stones in the early 1970s and inside you’ll discover five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a hot tub, sauna and gym. There’s a library, cinema room and views over the rooftops of Morzine. This extra special chalet is more than just a holiday home; it demonstrates the very best of contemporary architecture in our valley.
This beautiful, new-build, selfcatered apartment comes with the added bonus of a private terrace and garden, which is sure to make it incredibly popular during both the winter and summer season. Sleeping four in two bedrooms and with two bathrooms, the apartment is located just off the Route de La Plagne, within a 15-minute walk of central Morzine. There’s plenty of storage inside, allocated parking, a fully-equipped kitchen and stylish, contemporary interiors.
