This winter brings no shortage of new accommodation in which to rest your weary ski legs. Whether your priority is plenty of space for all the family, somewhere unique and quirky or location, location, location, here’s our round-up of brand new bolt-holes for your next holiday. If your ski holiday accommodation dreams feature a characterful log cabin dating back to the 1860s, decked out with rustic charm and packed with contemporary interiors, look no further than Les Trois Mazots. This newly renovated collection of one larger cabin and two individual mazots sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms in total. They’re just an easy one minute walk from the Super Morzine lift station and the sights and sounds of central Morzine. There’s a large sun terrace and a hot tub, a cosy open plan living space and stunning views over the valley. There’s a handy boot room, electric vehicle charging point and plenty of storage for all your kit, yet the highlight here is clearly the interiors. They’ve been finished to an exceptionally high standard in a bold and unique style that we just love.
Les Trois Mazots
Completed at the end of last winter season and available for the first time commencing December 2021, Chalets A & Z in Avoriaz are two individual residences in the same ski-in, ski-out location in the Dormonts quarter. They’re available to rent individually or together for larger groups and we think it’s fair to call them two of the most exclusive, contemporary chalets that Avoriaz has seen in a long time. Chalet A sleeps 11 people in five bedrooms whilst Chalet Z sleeps 13 people in five bedrooms. Both feature stunning contemporary design, open fireplaces and huge windows overlooking the Arare and Fornet. Kitchens are packed with all you need for the perfect self-catered holiday, there’s also loads of storage, sun terraces and a laundry room.
