With a trailblazing career spanning 17 years, she’s left quite an organic mark in the inner west community & hairdressing industry. Bagging accolades like AHFA Artistic Team of The Year - FT, AHIA Victorian Salon Of The Year 23, Newcomer Salon Of The Year, Most Innovative Business Of The Year, Contribution to Business, AHIA New Creative Talent and HOT SHOTS finalist, and lastly was part of the prestigious Australian FAME TEAM 2023.

Sheridan is an all rounded hairdresser though her passion for creative cutting and colour knows no bounds. She’s on a mission as a salon owner to nurture and empower the next generation of hairdressers and shape shift the future of the hairdressing industry.

Multi-award winning Pauline McCabe is Rock Paper Scissors’ Owner and Creative Director. Synthesizing look and message to create dazzling effects is her specialty. With a background in Fine Art, Pauline’s expertise flows from her eclecticism.

Her roles in hairdressing include stylist, educator, art director and mentor. A regular session stylist, Pauline’s editorial work has appeared in numerous local and international magazines. Her impressive experience has also seen her hand-picked as Florence + The Machine’s hairstylist for her 2019 world tour “High as Hope”.

Scottish-born Pauline trained with British trailblazers Irvine and Rita Rusk, who took over the mantle from Vidal Sassoon. Later she became Artistic Director for Trevor Sorbie in his heyday, before launching her own hugely successful salon in London’s King Road and then moving to WA in 2000.

For the last 8 years, Pauline has been instrumental as one of the world’s leading session stylists. She has been personally invited to work on world-renowned Fashion Week shows including Paris Haute Couture, London, New York, Milan, Melbourne and Sydney across brands including Saint Laurent, Boss, Bottega Veneta, Aliia, Paco Rabanne and Rick Owens. She has worked with hairdressing greats such as the legendary James Pecis, Guido Palau, Damien Boissinot, Syd Hayes, and Duffy.
