Our decades of experience have taught us what it takes to engineer grills that perform well in any environment, preheat in a flash and sear or slow cook to perfection.

What makes our cooking system so legendary? An efficient and powerful stainless steel burner system. This system heats the entire cook box providing consistent and even temperatures. The burner system is able to heat the grill to a searing 600˚F in a matter of minutes. Extra deep rust resistant cook boxes provide even heat distribution and oven like performance. Made from either die-cast aluminum , porcelain enamelled steel, or high grade stainless steel, these ovens provide excellent heat retention and long lasting durability. Massive cooking grids deliver the best heat retention for searing power which locks in juices and flavour. Made from heavy duty cast iron or solid stainless steel, their durability and easy maintenance make them ideal for everyday use. A uniquely designed patented Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system fills the entire bottom of the cook box. This ensures superior heat distribution and flare-up control. The Flav-R-Wave™ catches drippings as they fall; vapourizing them instantly and infusing food with that great barbecue flavour. Precise Linear Flow™ control valves provide exact control of the cooking temperature so you always get the perfect amount of heat.

Cast iron cooking grids retain heat better than most materials making them more effective for searing meats. Our grids are reversible giving you unsurpassed flexibility. One side is wider with grooved channels to capture juices for self-basting while the other is pointed for steakhouse style sear marks.

Broil King’s stainless steel cooking grids are made of solid 5/16" rods. Their high quality ensures excellent heat retention and long lasting durability. Easy to use and easy to clean.

The patent pending tube in tube design of the Dual-Tube™ burner is engineered to provide a consistent flame along the entire length of the burner ensuring efficient heat distribution.

Designed to fill the entire base of the oven, the legendary Super 8™ Infinity burner heats every corner of the grill quickly and evenly in a matter of minutes.

Our high powered side burner allows you to do more. Create mouth watering side dishes, soups and sauces while you grill.

The direct flame rear rotisserie burner provides even, consistent heat across the entire cooking surface and can be set to grill on high medium or low.
