INNOWATER project Roadshow and matchmaking event in efficient water management for Small and Medium companies in Cyprus Letter of Invitation Subject: Businesses meeting in efficient water management for Small and Medium companies in Cyprus Dear Reader, On the 25th and 26th of June 2013 will be held in Nicosia (Cyprus) a Businesses meeting in efficient water management for Small and Medium companies in Cyprus. The event will take place in the conference room of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of the Republic of Cyprus (13‐15 Andrea Araouzou Str, CY‐1421 Nicosia ‐ CYPRUS). The event is part of the INNOWATER project and it aims to be a meeting point between water technology developers and industrial end users. The participation of relevant industry associations and companies as well as national partnerships and water technology developers for the efficient use of water shall serve to bring newly developed water tools, technologies and/or methodologies to end users. The roadshow event will consist of a morning presentation and discussion of the challenges and opportunities for efficient water management. INNOWATER project has performed Water Audits in Cyprus and some of the water challenges have been identified through these audits. The innovators can target their solutions to these challenges and meet the water‐using industries having these challenges. For this purpose, at the end of the morning a matchmaking event between technology developers and end users will be organised. The matchmaking will consist in a series of bilateral meetings that will ease the linkage between innovative water technology offer and the end users. If you wish to seek for potential clients and present your innovative products and services for efficient water management and sewage treatment, we kindly ask you to contact us so
that your technology offer can be included in a European Catalogue of Efficient Technologies for Water Management. The catalogue will be distributed before the roadshow and matchmaking events. Also, the companies attending the event have the possibility to meet with technology developers that could help them improve their performance or find a solution to a problem they are facing in terms of the water efficiency/wastewater. Companies willing to do so could inform Atlantis Consulting Cyprus Ltd what kind of improvements or problems they are facing so a meeting with the appropriate technology developer could be arranged.
