01 Mixed-use tower

Type: Mixed-use tower Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

A mixed-use tower consisting of 26 floors of different uses that serves a large number of people who visit Jeddah for business or tourism. Its location is in front of the new waterfront of Jeddah, so it was important to take advantage of the direct view of the sea.

02 Chanel office building

Type: Office building Location: Paris, France

An office building for one of the most known brands in the world Chanel, it contains offices, design studios and a store. The building's location is on Champs Elysees st. it is known for its theatres, cafés, and luxury shops. So the design idea of the building is to interact with the street and to get people's attention, in addition to taking into consideration of environmental and climatic factors, also to show the identity of the company.

03 Zero-net house

Type: Residential building Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia

The energy-saving house is designed according to the requirements of an artist visiting the Farasan island on his holidays. The building was designed according to calculations that contribute to reducing energy consumption and in a way that does not conflict with architectural ideas.

04 Architecture college

Type: Educational building Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Renovation and development project of Architecture and Urban college of king Abdulaziz university as a graduation project. The case was to renovate the building because it does not correspond with the functions of the college, in addition to improve the energy efficiency and to reduce the high consumption, also to take advantage of environmental resources and improve the educational enviroment.

MASS DEVELOPMENT + GROUND FLOOR PLAN

1. Increase linkage with external spaces, and connect the internal space with the southern outdoor area by providing commercial activities.

2. Extending the building to the outside to improve the building facade and to create attractive internal work spaces.

3. Add a mass on the fourth floor for response to the wind effect on the building.

4. Keep the structural system of the building and the core as its and improve the corridors on the upper floors.

5. Covering the building with a roof that allows air to enter and to reduce direct sunlight.

The facade design is adapted from the adjacent building facades.

Using materials that used in facades of adjacent buildings.

05 Obhur waterfront

Type: Entertainment Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The Waterfront is designed to be the new gathering space in north Jeddah. It contains many utilities to reach more people with different ages as restaurants, cafes, water games and floating residences.

Type: Entertainment Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

This project is designed to be a water recreational place in Jeddah city, the main idea is to reflect the feeling of living in Santorini island. The project includes many water recreational games, also it has shops and restaurants.

07 Solar boulevard

Type: Entertainment Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The project consists of shops, restaurants, and entertainment games. It has an outdoor area with utilities, a multi-use plaza and a space for an outdoor cinema. It is set to be a destination and a landmark for entertainment and shopping, that provides a unique and extraordinary experiment for the visitors of the project.

08 Rabigh university

Type: Educational Location: Rabigh, Saudi Arabia

The main idea is to design reusable buildings in the future with different functions, showing high flexibility in the spaces through space units with dimensions that correspond to several uses. The building elements are characterized by simple and inexpensive design, which contributes to reducing the cost of construction and the building's energy consumption.

CONCEPT

The design aims at achieving a high level of integration between the architectural and construction elements, considering the demand for space flexibility. The modular buildings (30mx60m) of each can accommodate classrooms facilities, laboratories as well as other functions and easily enable future changes, extension or shrinking with extremely low technical complexity.

The building is divided into three main components: 1. Service area and lobby (in the center of the building). 2. The main area (at the edges of the building). 3. Movement spaces (corridors and emergency exits).

Type: Offices Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Office building with flexible spaces that can be reconfigured to suit several functions, in addition to multi-use open space stores.

10 Almadinah towers

Type: Mixed-use Location: Almadinah, Saudi Arabia

AL-Madinah Al-Munawwarah tower is an apartment building in addition to a hotel building, those two buildings are connected by shops on ground floor.

11 Earth mosque

Type: Multi-use Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The project intends to serve the travellers along the highway connecting the two holy mosques. This road is believed to be the Hijra road that was once used by the prophet Mohammed (PBUH).

My participation in the housing competition organized by the Saudi Ministry of Housing in 2021, which it is about designing a residential model that meets the needs of a mediumsized family, in a way that shows the identity of Saudi Arabia.

13 Roshn Comp.

Type: Residential Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

My participation in the "Residential Design for Hijazi Architecture 2021" competition organized by Roshn Real Estate Company, in which I was one of the winning participants. "Townhouse" is known as a building for several families, shared as a building with separate entrances. It was designed by redefining the Roshan element to reflect the Hijazi identity in a modern way
