Sales & Training Coordinator LOCATION: Northern California REPORTING –National Sales Manager- Sell Thru SUMMARY: Are you passionate about people AND beauty? DERMAFLASH is building a national sales force. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for brand building and outstanding communication skills to join our team. ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Coordinator, is responsible for maximizing sales in multi-store retail environment executed through in store events, product demonstrations, and education seminars. The Sales Coordinator’s role is to build brand awareness, create an elevated in-store experience and be a trusted expert on all things DERMAFLASH. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Main Objective: When someone asks Nordstrom or Sephora, “which brand is servicing Nordstrom/Sephora stores the best?” the answer should always be DERMAFLASH and your name! • Grow brand awareness and educate retailers & clients on the benefits of DERMAFLASH • Adhere to store visit schedule based on business needs • Recruit new customers by creating mesmerizing in store demonstrations and starting great conversations • Foster and maintain solid professional relationships with retail partners • Responsible for training all sales associates in assigned doors • Create and execute in store events, within budget, and that are revolutionary! We want to break the mold! • Maintain great communication with store teams, line manager and peers • Ability to work independently and sustain a positive can do attitude • Consistently present a clean and professional brand image at all times • Ensure that stock and fixtures are clean, organized and adhere to company merchandising standards • Ensure execution of updated in store planograms, merchandising displays and presentation in stores and monitors stock and partners with in store retail team to ensure stock flow and replenishment. • Promotes and communicates key product launches, current promotions, and brand PR • Has knowledge of competitive brands • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports • Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales goals in assigned territory

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Consistently demonstrate a desire to exceed expectations. • Receptive to guidance and feedback • Ability to work flexible schedules as such to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. • At least 3 year of experience in a sales based retail environment is preferred, product experience in skincare and beauty • Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a competency for selling • General knowledge and passion for the Beauty/Skincare industry • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, energetic and outgoing personality. • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
