We are excited to announce that we will begin accepting applications for our 2024 Committees starting this Friday, August 4, 2023! Joining a committee provides an abundance of opportunities for personal and professional development.

We are looking for members who want to grow their leadership skills, are passionate about our Association, and are ready to serve on our 2024 Committees.

Remember, even if you currently serve on a committee — you must re-apply to your preferred committee(s).

Voting Reminders

The election for the 2024 Osceola County Association of REALTORS® Officers and Directors officially opens on Monday, August 7 at 8 AM. Ballots will be accepted until midnight on Friday, August 18, 2023. Please note that Simply Voting will continue to send voting email reminders until your ballot has been submitted.

All members will receive an email from SimplyVoting with instructions on how to cast their vote online via the SimplyVoting ballot form using your Stellar MLS credentials. Members can also log into their Stellar MLS account and look for the SimplyVoting icon in the “Association Resources” module on the bottom right. The results of the election will be captured by the Association’s attorney on Friday, August 18 to ensure accuracy, accountability, and the integrity of the process. The results will be announced on Tuesday, August 22 on the Association’s website in addition to a direct email to members. The 2024 Officers and Directors will be presented at the Annual Membership Meeting and Awards & Installation Banquet in December.
