As the Commercial Alliance Committee Chair, I am excited to share so many events happening in the world of Commercial Real Estate.

On April 5, 2023, the Florida CCIM Chapter Central District hosted an Osceola County Growth Update in Neo City. Some of the exciting Commercial Real Estate Projects in Osceola County include:

1. NeoCity: A high-tech research and development hub that includes a 500-acre masterplanned technology district in Osceola County.

2. The Crosslands: A mixed-use development that includes office, retail, and residential space, located at the intersection of US 192 and Narcoossee Road.

3. Osceola Corporate Center: A 150-acre business park located near the intersection of Florida’s Turnpike and US 192, featuring office and industrial space.

4. Poinciana Office and Industrial Park: A 225-acre development in Poinciana, featuring office and industrial space, as well as retail and hospitality offerings.

5. Tupperware SunRail Station: A transit-oriented development that includes a new commuter rail station and mixed-use development adjacent to the Tupperware Brands Corporation headquarters in Osceola County.

6. Flamingo Crossings: A 450-acre development in western Osceola County that includes hotel and retail offerings, with Walt Disney World Resort located nearby.
