The Swiss Import Promotion Programme SIPPO of Switzerland Global Enterprise supports SMEs from selected partner countries to access the markets in Switzerland and in the European Union. ZUNAMI Who we are Having originated from a carpenter’s workshop, ZUNAMI grew within twelve years into the biggest manufacturer of oak saw veneer (lamellas) in Europe. Nowadays the company employs 250 workers. Our productions capacities reach the volume of over 2 mio m2/year. In 2010 the company obtained the FSC certificate. We developed own DDS that guarantee full control over the wood legality.

What we do Our main product is the dry calibrated oak saw veneer (lamellas), with the thickness up to 4,2 mm. We also offer the two- and three-layers glued pressed lamella of narrow stripes. The gluing and pressing is performed on the DIMTER and BUERKLE presses. The waste is pressed into pellets without any additives. Our facilities are heated with the bark.
